Our charming house is new ; its style combines seaside and modernism. It is located in the center of the village of La Flotte, 50m from the sea (sea view in 2 bedrooms, through the foliage of the plane trees in summer), 200m from the medieval market, 700m from the beach, 300m from the port with many shops and restaurants.
It has 4 large bedrooms with 160x200 beds, including 1 on the ground floor. The surface area of ​​140m² is ideal for 8/10 people (with the possibility of accommodating 4 additional people in a 2-room annex). The main room of 50m² is made up of a living room, a lounge with 200 cm television and an American kitchen. Its pocket bay window opens onto the garden and swimming pool.
The house has all the amenities (fiber internet, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, travel cot and baby accessories, etc.).
The wooded and enclosed outdoor area includes a 60m² terrace, a 3x8m heated swimming pool (May to September), a wooded garden and parking spaces for 2 large cars.
The welcome and departure are personalized. End of stay cleaning (180€) and linen (28€ per person) are included in July-August. Water and electricity included up to a reasonable and comfortable ceiling for 10 occupants.

Such a great house in such a great location.

For the first time we booked a property which really was comfortable enough for all of us. 2 couples, 1 single adult and two children 7 and 12. Plus the dog. Such fun in that lovely warm pool. Secure garden. Plenty of room for all. Very clean and well equipped. The location was amazing. So close to the wonderful market for morning supplies. We were all keen to do the breakfast run each day. Close to lots of restaurants and all so picturesque. We will definitely plan to book again. Plus we all fell in love with the utility room bizarre though that sounds.

La maison est magnifique, bien pensée et refaite avec beaucoup de goût (style moderne). Très bien équipée. Idéalement située, à 2 pas de la mer, du centre, du marché etc. Parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Rien à dire sur la communication. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine à cette période, bien évidement, mais on imagine facilement à quel point la maison doit être agréable aux beaux jours. Je recommande absolument.

Très belle maison idéalement placée

Magnifique maison neuve et très bien équipée, idéalement située à 20 mètres de la plage et à deux minutes du marché, de la rue commerçante de la Flotte et du Port. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car nous y avons séjourné en novembre mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’intérieur cosy, spacieux, agréable (literies confortables, coin home cinéma avec de grands canapés, 3 salles de bains pour 4 chambres, lingerie…) et la localisation très pratique avec une location de vélos juste en face, les restaurants et commerçants à proximité. Seul petit point à noter pendant notre superbe séjour : la maison est mitoyenne ou plutôt séparée en deux avec une grande maison d’un côté où nous étions et une maisonnette pour 4 personnes de l’autre côté. La qualité du séjour peut donc dépendre du mode de vie des voisins.
