Living room of 25 m2 with 2 sofas open onto the terrace and swimming pool through large sliding picture windows. 1 wc + 1 handicapped wc with washing machine area. 15 m2 patio with garden table.
Upstairs: Games room with pool table. 1 wc. 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, closet and walk-in shower.
Front courtyard closed with private parking for 2/3 cars, automated gate. Landscaped garden enclosed by walls with private heated swimming pool 8 m x 4 m (heated from 06/05 to 30/09/2017). Wooden terrace with garden furniture, solarium with deckchairs.
