Appartement très défraîchi, qui nécessiterait une remise en état ! - meubles endommagés (armoire chambre cassée, table du séjour rayée partout), sets de table très sales, store bleu du salon cassé, etc. - peinture (dégâts des eaux visible dans la salle d'eau, humidité, traces diverses plafond et mur) Par ailleurs, il y avait des tâches douteuses sur le drap house du lit, et le ménage n'était que très superficiellement fait (on a dû déboucher la bonde de la salle d'eau qui était encrassée de moisissures, et de cheveux, l'eau ne s'écoulant plus !)
