About this property

Very spacious and comfortably furnished, the apartment sleeps four and features an open space area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a bright living / dining room with a privileged view of the sea and of the Ria Formosa lagoon. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with shower, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom also with shower is located in the hallway.

With a southward orientation, the apartment offers a wide balcony with table and chairs with great sun exposure most of the day and a spectacular water view where you can admire a marvellous sunset. It is ideal for year-round occupation.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi. The beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge € 6,00 each and payment is due on arrival in cash. A departure cleaning service on the amount of € 70,00 is also due on arrival in cash.
