Extremely well placed, this superb 56 m² gîte, on the 1st floor of a 16th century building, is located in the center of old Colmar by the river, with its historic sites (Little Venice, Old Customs House, cathedral, covered market, museums, Christmas markets…), its restaurants, its shops, everything is done on foot…

Ideally located in a very quiet environment The cottage "la grange" enjoys a unique 270 degree view of the pearl of Colmar: "La petite Venise".

Literally with your feet in the water, only a few ducks or moorhens will get the better of your peace of mind.

The cottage set located in a pedestrian street but accessible by car to deposit luggage and shopping.

Public parking for grocery store and restaurants and in the immediate vicinity.

A magical, spotless apartment in the heart of Colmar

Our stay in this Colmar apartment was perfect. The location is magical—right above the canal with little boats passing by and everything to see just steps away. Spotlessly clean, bright, and fully equipped, with a super comfy bed and great closet space. The host was kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Secure parking nearby for a small fee made exploring the region effortless. A true gem in the heart of Colmar!

Bei Ankunft mussten wir 4 mal bei Agentur anrufen um den Zugangscode zu erfahren,obwohl der Agentur unsere Ankunftzeit bekannt war.Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe. Zeitweise Ausfall.Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
