This is South Seas Northwest, Tower 3, Condo 1503.This is one of the nicest premium condo's that the gated South Seas Northwest complex has to offer, tower 3, corner unit 1503. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. I have also put a new Beauty-Rest Black king size mattress in the master bedroom, September 2025, The first picture shown was taken from the balcony of this condo at sunset in January. The unit is right on the white sand beach of Marco Island. This condo has been completely remodeled in the last few years and has all new interior space. This is an end/corner unit with all of the extra windows on the side, with and much more natural light. Condo 1503 has a beautiful view of Florida's West Coast beach, the gulf of Mexico, and wonderful sunsets right from the large 15th floor wrap around balcony. There is no balcony sunset views from June 1 - July 15th as the sun disappears to the north behind tower 4. This end unit is one of only a few that also features a small rear balcony off of the kitchen that is just the right size for a couple to enjoy a cozy breakfast. Slightly larger end unit than most of South Seas Northwest condos at 1200 sq feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen features new white cabinets and all new stainless steel appliances. The condo has new lighting throughout. There is all new granite black galaxy counter tops in the kitchen. The bathroom has new tile, new granite vanity tops, and new sliding glass shower doors. There is new tile throughout the entire condo. A new air conditioning unit and hot water heater have also been installed recently..The unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed(new mattress and box springs, and the second bedroom with a queen size bed and a single size bed. The condo is completely tiled on the floors which allows it to be kept very clean and with much less dust and allergens than carpet. The modern kitchen features everything that you have at home. The Tower 3 building is located right on the beaches of Marco Island and the warm ocean waters of the gulf of Mexico. You can swim year round in the ocean water. The complex also features a large private outdoor swimming pool that is heated year round for your swimming enjoyment. Free WIFI, and cable, 3 flat screen TV's with approx 100 channels is also included. There is also lots of parking on site for one or more vehicles. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, beach cart, beach toys, and a cooler are provided. There is also a workout or exercise room in the Tower 3, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard courts and a putting area for guests to use at no extra cost. Please look over all the information and let me know if you have any questions. Marco Island has some BIG advantages over Mexico in my opinion, almost no crime, excellent medical services, and a large new state of the art hospital. This is a gated complex, with direct entry to the beach, the beaches are generally not crowded. The warm ocean waters are good for swimming in year round. This is also probably a shorter flight, the International airport in Fort Meyers (RSW) is less than an hour from the condo complex.

This condo building was designed with a small laundry room on each floor, it is close by the condo. These are very clean and nice with new speed queen machines in them. It costs about $3.00 to wash and dry a load of laundry.

The condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, and a variety of beach toys.

Please be aware that motorcycles, RV's, and any type of trailers pulled behind a car or pickup are not allowed into the condo complex area, and there is no parking for these types of vehicles.

There is also a $100 registration and parking fee at the condo office after you arrive at the condo building, this is required if you have a vehicle parked there or not. This is for one vehicle, additional vehicles will also need to pay this fee.

The owner will not be held responsible for any accidents that happen while in the condo. VRBO does offer 1 million dollars worth of liability insurance with all rentals.

Why they chose this property

This is 1503, an end unit in Tower 3 that is bigger than most other South Seas condos. But more importantly it has a 2 balcony's, one large wrap around that faces directly west towards the beaches, Gulf of Mexico ocean, and beautiful sunsets. There is no balcony sunset from June 1 - July 15th as the sun disappears to the north behind tower 4. The second small cozy balcony is off the back kitchen area with a view of the Naples skyline and city lights. Also the entire inside has been remodeled, all new interior space, kitchen, cabinets, counter tops, bathrooms, beds, and furniture. The condo can sleep up to 6, with a king size bed, a queen size bed, a single bed, a pullout sofa (not comfortable for an adult) and an infant pack and play. There are 3 flat screen TV's, one in each bedroom, and one in the living area with around 100 channels. Marco has some BIG advantages over Mexico, almost no crime, excellent medical services, and a large new state of the art hospital. This is a gated complex, with direct entry to the beach, the beaches are
generally not crowded. The warm ocean waters are good for swimming in year round. This is also probably a shorter flight, the International Air Port in Fort Meyers (RSW) is only an hour from the condo complex.
