The Lodge "Red Quartz", with an area of 27 m2, is both open south side, towards the countryside, and sea side, with two terraces. You can enjoy the panoramic sea view from the living room and on the 2 terraces. Its functional design, with a kitchen in piano bar, allows it to accommodate up to 4 people, including 2 people in a secluded room.The Red Lodge is classified 4 stars **** according to the new nomenclature of tourist accommodation in France. (Important à note: the pool is exclusively reserved for the locataires of the "Villa" part of the residence. The occupants of the Lodges are not accessible).
Located on a grand scale on the beach, 200 meters from the beach at Pourville-sur-Mer, on the south of Dieppe, the residence of the Villa QUARTZ, offers 6 accommodations in the location: a villa of 200 m2 with a swimming pool, etc 5 Lodges (apartments) design Luxe classés en 4 * and labellisés 4 épis par Gites de France, with an extraordinary view on the sea, the beach and the falaises of the Côte d'Albâtre... Transparent, constructed in verre and connected to the falaise in a parc paysager en terraces outside the sea, the residence of the Villa Quartz surprends in contemporary architecture, pleine d'énergie et inédite sur la Côte. A great place to have a great resource, with a panoramic view of the sea and the horizon, 2 minutes from the beach. If you own the villa, you can benefit from a large swimming pool with a 16X3.5m chauffée and a panoramic solarium terrace.

Après + de 10 ans, retrouvailles agréables !

Nous connaissions le Lodge (rouge) pour y avoir séjourné (en période hivernale) qq jours il y a plus de 10 ans . Nous l'avons retrouvé avec plaisir. C'est petit mais tout est bien calculé et avec un minimum d'organisation, on peut y vivre (même à 3 adultes) sans souci. L'accès autonome ainsi que le départ sont appréciables. Lits faits à l'arrivée, serviettes, et propriétaires sympas. On a passé une belle semaine et sauf un jour de (grosse) pluie, le temps était sec et souvent ensoleillé.
