A 50 sm- terrace with grounds view. 4 deck chairs, 1 table, 1 barbecue and 1 fitness room ( rowing machine and elliptical machine) are available.
All facilities are in the kitchen: cleaning dishes machine, micro waves oven, classical oven, ceramic plate, fridge, freezer, table and cupboards.
This basement also provides living room with fireplace, dinning room, and king-size TV. Living room and dinning room are grounds viewed.
All facilities are in laundry: washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board.
In front of Canal du Midi, Aloa Residence is located 5 minutes on foot far from town center and station.
Previously family house, nowadays residence for vacationists, Aloa Residence offers two 130 m2 –flats.
- Each flat has a 50 m2- covered terrace with a quiet and cute view on grounds.
- During winter, you will also may take advantage of a fireplace with its wood reserve to get sweet evening.
- Free and private parking is available ahead of residence. No reservation is requested.
- Free wifi in each flat.
We may come to pick you in station or airport if asked in advance.
