'Casa Blanca Bonita' Pretty Spanish Andalucian style comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, Bouganvilla grows at the front of the house, surrounded by well kept gardens. Air conditioning throughout - Livingroom , with 2 sofas, Recliner armchair, WIFI, TV. with many channels, CD/radio, table and chairs, adjacent to kitchen with washing machine, large fridge, freezer, dish washer, microwave, kettle, cooker and toaster.
Bedroom 1: Spacious with air conditioning and large double bed. fitted wardrobes. Safe.
Adjacent to main bathroom with shower, bath, bidet, sink.
Bedroom 2: South facing with balcony. 2 single beds - one roll under, fitted wardrobe. This room has air conditioning.
Adjacent to main bathroom. Also clothes airung rack, heaters, Iron and Ironing board, hair-dryer.
2 communal pools one big one small. Tennis courts and soccer astro-turf pitch close by.

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Nerja. The house is very well equipped and very clear instructions given on how to use appliances. Burriana beach is a short walk away with a plenty of activities and beachside restaurants. I would happily recommend this house to anyone considering a stay in Nerja

Delightful

I highly recommend this home. Close to everything, the small pool was ideal for beside the pool reading and the other pool, which was across the street, was exceptionally clean and provided for a great swim. Management was excellent.

We were a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). Close walk to the beach and access to two lovely pools. Air con in both bedrooms and sitting room. Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice hotel across the road for pizza, salads etc and minimarket shop was right beside the apartment. Beds were comfy. We would recommend this house for sure! Loved Raw restaurant where we visited on two occasions during our stay. Great WIFI also. Parking can be difficult but this is not owners fault-we visited in high season and had been advised beforehand. Great communication with owner. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Il y a suffisamment de serviettes de bains et toilettes..torchons etc..La table Ă  manger est petite , pas de protĂšge plat mais on s’est dĂ©brouillĂ© et avons quand passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour

Perfect Location

I’m already familiar with Nerja etc, however for those not, this property is ideally located as it central to everything you may wish to do/visit in Nerja. The property is clean, adequately furnished with furniture and kitchen utensils/appliances to make it a home from home experience. A convenience store on the same road, a main supermarket within walking distance. Great communication with the host and their property manager whom resides close by. Cannot comment on the pool area as didn’t use it. I fully recommend this property, l will certainly be booking again.

Great holiday 👍

Lots of great and helpful information before we arrived, then lots of help available in the resort from a very helpful family friend. The property was spotless on arrival, beds made, spare bedding, towels, including beach towels provided. Well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Lovely area outside the front of the house to sit and watch the world go by, along with a balcony off the second bedroom. Two lovely swimming pools available and a well stocked supermarket right next door. The property is well located for beach, Balcon de Europa etc We had a fabulous time and will be back!! Thank you for renting us your lovely house â˜ș

Reasonable property in an ok area but poor admin.

Had been emailed details before leaving UK which included a highlighted picture of a box at the front of the house said to contain the keys accessible by a combination lock. Arrived after a long journey to find the box was padlocked! After 20 mins of stress we found a very different seperate box on the side of the house with a combination lock that contained the keys. Not a great start. The owner insisted that we pay for bulk of rental on arrival and this would be collected. The person nominated to collect the money sent a Spanish lady who didn't speak English in her stead. We hadn't been able to draw sufficient funds by that time due to ATM limits and when the nominated person spoke to my wife on the phone she let her irritation show. However, a time was arranged for her to collect. She then didn't arrive and didn't let us know she couldn't make it. All that said, the property was comfortable. Downstairs ktchen and bathroom appear new but the lounge and upstairs bathroom at least require redecoration. Location is good for beaches and the Balcon is just 10 - 12 mins walk. If you have a hire car, parking can be a little awkward. In short an acceptable property spoiled by by a lack of attention to detail both in presentation and admin.

Stadthaus, nahe am Strand aber mit MĂ€ngeln

Lage des Hauses: Die Hauptzufahrtstrasse zum Burriana Beach mit entsprechendem Verkehrsaufkommen fĂŒhrt direkt am Haus vorbei. Das Hotel Villa Flamenca liegt schrĂ€g gegenĂŒber, es werden bis tief in die Nacht GĂ€ste gebracht u. geholt. Nachts wird der MĂŒll abgefahren. Also nicht geeignet fĂŒr Ruhesuchende. Parken eines Autos nicht möglich. Der große Gemeinschaftspool liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite der Hauptzufahrtstrasse in einer angeschlossenen Anlage und hat keinerlei LiegeflĂ€chen. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine abgewohnte Ausstattung (z.B. Sessel, Couch usw.) u. GerĂ€tschaften etc., z.B. ungeordnete Kabel im Wohnzimmer, defekte Radios u. Beleuchtung, StrandstĂŒhle, Sonnenschirme usw.. Das Thema Sauberkeit ist hier sehr dehnbar ausgelegt (klebrige OberflĂ€chen usw., Klimaanlage–Wartung? Fleckige BettwĂ€sche!). Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet aber ungepflegt. Die BĂ€der sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Es gibt nur englischsprachiges Fernsehprogramm. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgte ĂŒber nicht zusammen passende Betten. Ein Bett ist ca. 40cm höher als das andere. Eine Belegung mit einem Paar ist in diesem Schlafz. somit nicht besonders romantisch. Es wird eine WohnflĂ€che von 90 qm angegeben, aber Wohnzimmer und die beiden Schlafzimmer haben zusammen nur ca. 40 qm. Eine wohl zur MietflĂ€che hinzugerechnete Loggia war vollgestellt mit defekten Möbeln und sonstigem Unrat und war somit nicht nutzbar. Eine Belegung mit 4 erwachsenen Personen, ist bereits grenzwertig, denn der Esstisch ist doch etwas sehr klein. FĂŒr eine 5. Person ist kein Stuhl vorhanden. Die explizit auf der Homepage angefĂŒhrten GrĂŒnanalagen sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Eine LiegeflĂ€che vor dem Haus ist zwar vorhanden, liegt aber direkt am Zugangsweg zu allen anderen Wohneinheiten in dieser Anlage. Man kann sich das so vorzustellen, als wenn man seine Sonnenliege an der Bushaltestelle aufstellt. Handtuchtausch oder BettwĂ€schetausch nach 1 Woche Nutzung bei 2 Wochen Buchung wurde trotz mehrfacher Erinnerung durch uns und entsprechender Bitte zwar durch die Verwaltung zugesagt, aber nie durchgefĂŒhrt. Was ist positiv? Nerja ist ein schönes StĂ€dtchen und bietet viel Abwechslung. Es ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand, Burriana Beach, ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und ist gepflegt. Er bietet alles was einen schönen Strand ausmacht; mehrere Eisdielen, CafĂ©s, Restaurants. Der RĂŒckweg zum Haus ist allerdings sehr steil und nicht unbedingt fĂŒr jeden geeignet.

Casa acogedora y muy bien situada

Estuvimos aquĂ­ en septiembre con nuestros tres hijos. Todos salimos encantados al final de la semana. La casa tiene una piscina comunal impresionante, estĂĄ muy bien cuidada, muy limpia y se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos andando al centro de Nerja y menos todavĂ­a a la playa. Altamente recomendable.

Nice Villa - great location

Very nice house - an easy stroll into Nerja town centre and also to nearby Burriana beach. House was very clean and well equipped. We were there in July with our two teenagers who loved the freedom of being able to wander off on their own whenever they wanted - there was a real feeling of Nerja being safe so this made it easier for everybody.The house is very close to the parador which is well worth a visit for afternoon tea or whatever. Overall, very impressed with house and facilities and will be back.

Property was ideally situated on the hill up from Burriana- 5 mins to beach, 10 mins to old town. Handy little shop next door. touching distance to all bars and restaurants. Property had plenty of space, good air con and nice communal pools. Would recommend to a friend and would go back.

Lovely cheerful house in perfect location

Myself and my family recently returned from a wonderfully refreshing break from this gorgeous part of the Costa Del Sol. This house was the prefect base from which to explore the beautiful unspoilt beaches, with Burriana beach being just a short stroll away and the Balcon de Europa is also within easy walking distance. The house itself is bright and clean with a lovely new kitchen and all the facilities you would expect of your own home. Though there are lots of excellent places to eat, with Aeos on Burriana being a pacticular favourite, we were happy to kick back, relax and cook in this charming little home away from home. It also has two bathrooms, a must in our houeshold, as well as two good sized bedrooms and plenty of closet space. I would highly recommend this property and indeed have done so to a friend who has just booked for a week in May!

Lovely house near the beach

My family of 4 stayed here in August 2012 an really enjoyed it- so much so that we hope to go again in 2013. The house is just as advertised - clean, well-equipped and well located. It was really clean and had all the comforts of home - TV with English speaking channels, cd & dvd players and thankfully airc-conditiong as it was really hot in Nerja in August. The little shop next door is well stocked and there is a bigger supermarket about 3 minutes walk away. Hotel Villa Flamenca right across the road is handy for a drink - especially during Happy Hour each night. There is a little pool just in front of the house and across the road there is a larger pool in the larger side of complex. Most houses seem to be occupied when we were there but we never heard anybody else coming or going. Burriana beach is a short stroll downhill (but is a bit tiring on the way back up). El Fuego on the way to Burriana beach is a great spot for a cool beer and some lovely Dutch style tapas. Ayos on the beach is 1 of the busiest restaurants I've ever seen where the food and atmosphere is great. Ayos are only open 1 night a week but to sit on the beach there with a plate of paella and a glass of sangria watching the sun go down is just bliss. The Balcon is a lovely stroll away, through the lively Carabeo with an eclectc mix of restaurants, bars and quirky shops. You have to try Little Italy on the Carabeo - amazing pizzas at very low prices. Cochranes near the Balcon is nice for a drink whilst people watching.
