Great holiday home,

Great holiday home, with everything required. If you stay here you will need a car as the one shop there is very expensive and does not have enough produce for a holiday home. Property has fans which is okay for downstairs but the upstairs rooms are too hot without air conditioning and one bedroom, which has bunk beds for children has no fan at all. However the house is packed full of everything you and children need for a great holiday

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Agentur als auch dem Eigentümer war problemlos. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Alles war sauber u die Betten waren bequem. Einzig die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen u konnte mal erneuert werden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen entspannten Urlaub.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Urbanisation. Zu diversen Restaurants kann man zu Fuß gelangen, oder mit den Wagen in 3-5 Minuten.

Urlaub ist super

Haus ist OK. Die Außenterrasse könnte neue Sonnenliegen vertragen. Der Ort ist klein und beschaulich. Gute Restaurants vorhanden.

Una Delicia!!!

Verdaderamente cuando mi hija me dijo que había encontrado una casa en Mallorca pensé “pues que bien” no fue así fue “que delicia que maravilla” porque pensaran. Porque el dueño Nacho verdaderamente es un anfitrión muy profesional… nos esperaba su handyman nos dio un recibimiento maravilloso estaba terminando con la piscina y arreglando el jardín… al día siguiente no sabíamos cómo funcionaba la secadora de ropa le hablamos a Nacho y en 20 minutos llegó su handyman y así cada ves que teníamos algo el handyman llegaba en 15 o 20 minutos y todo arreglado… fue una casa perfecta para nuestro grupo… disfrutamos muchísimo la piscina, la terraza de arriba y comimos siempre en la agradabilísima terraza abajo… mi única sugerencia serían comprar ventiladores de pie, que eso fue lo que hicimos porque el calor estaba fuerte dependiendo de la hora del día, porque la casa es muy fresca con corrientes cruzadas pero cuando no había brisa… al 3 día para no dar lata nos fuimos a Carrefour y compramos 5 ventiladores por 19.90 cada uno los cuales yo pensaba dejar en la casa pero mi cuñada que tiene casa en Cala del Moro pensé que los disfrutaría mucho… NACHO GRACIAS POR UNA VACACIÓN MARAVILLOSA!!!

La maison est idéale pour les séjours en famille : jeux dans la piscine, barbecue dans le jardin,... Les pièces sont grandes et bien aménagées. Petit bémol : les commerces sont assez éloignés de la villa.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous vous recommandons ce lieu de vacances.

Nous avons pu profiter du jardin, de la terrasse à l'abris du soleil et de la piscine. La maison est bien équipée et les literies sont très confortables. A 2 min en voiture de Cala Pi , site magnifique !

una semana maravillosa en una casa espectacular

La casa de Nacho es maravillosa: habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, una piscina genial, barbacoa., salón con TV, WIFI, equipo de música...Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Se puede ir andando hasta una cala preciosa y al lado hay un campo de futbol y canastas para los más pequeños. Hemos sido 8 en total, 6 adultos y 2 niños y un bebe y la casa está más que acondicionada para ellos. Además, suministran sábanas, toallas, etc...100 % recomendable. La única pega, que solo pudimos estar una semana, nos hubiéramos quedado todo el verano :)

sehr typisch und gemütlich

Die Terrassen sorgen für ein tolles Urlaubsgefühl. Gerade die Umzäunung zu Pool hat bei der Reise mit einem Einjährigen für viele entspannte Stunden gesorgt. Leider riecht es im Haus etwas muffig.

Villa superbe, environnement moins

Nous avons loué cette villa en aout pour 15 jours ceci en famille à 8 dont 2 enfants de 2 et 4 ans. La ville est superbe, mais l'environnement promis n'est pas au rdv, suite à la construction d’une villa, au bout de la piscine !!!! Les caractéristiques de cette location stipulaient, calme et repos en famille !!! Les propriétaires étaient au courant depuis juin, mais nous l’ont caché et ne veulent pas assumer ceci pour nous dédommager. Ceci est intolérable et inacceptable, ils n’auraient pas dû la louer.

À recommander, villa agréable, excellent rapport qualité prix

Au vu des commentaires laissés par les clients mi 2018 avions envisagé d’annuler notre réservation. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre séjour ! La villa est spacieuse pour accueillir deux familles, bien équipée, très propre. Le propriétaire est toujours joignable, le couple qui s’occupe de la villa est très accueillant et serviable. Un petit clin d’œil à Lidia, adorable, un vrai rayon de soleil ! Effectivement une maison est en construction devant la villa mais nous avons eu la chance d’arriver après le gros œuvre. Le bruit a été tout à fait supportable. Comme recommandé par le propriétaire une voiture est indispensable pour les courses, le supermarché le plus proche près de la plage étant assez cher. Au final, agréable séjour dans une villa avec piscine aux extérieurs joliment fleuris et arborés. À recommander !

Very disappointing

Not the relaxing villa holiday that we had hoped for. After a couple of days we decided to look for somewhere else to stay. Several villas are currently being built in front and behind the property so there is great noise throughout the day. We had a great problem with mosquitoes which made evenings and sleeping very uncomfortable. The villa is spacious and the garden mature and attractive. The villa was very clean and adequately equipped. However, the beds are more akin to camp beds, the bedding and towels are of poor quality and the pillows and duvets smelt. We had planned to eat out as opposed to self-cater but the local restaurants are 15-20 minutes walk away and have no views of the coast; you could be anywhere. The location is essentially a large, sprawling development of villas with the centre having little to offer. Expect to drive quite some distance for restaurants or a reasonable size supermarket. If you plan to travel to the west and north coast then this location does not lend itself to day trips. The positives; the team who look after the villa and pool were lovely and very helpful.

Great house & owners but not suitable for holidays during construction works at the moment m

The place is wonderful and the family of the host went above and beyond to please us. Especially Cesar looking after the garden and Lidia welcoming us and saying goodbye. And Nacho, away but always present by whatsapp. Big issue were the construction works right behind the property from 8am to 8pm. The noise and dust was at moment unbearable. We complained but nothing could be done. I think we should have been compensated for the 5 days that half of the hours the house was surrounded by noise and dust, making the terrace and pool not an option. The near by property was not in use during our stay, their pool was green and filled with mosquitos that after sunset would invade all open areas (another reason to limit the use of the open spaces at night, when the works were suspended). The owners apologized, but we fee that a compensation should be granted, since the house was not a holiday place, during the works it felt like a construction site. We have a video to show how it felt totally unsuitable for holiday makers. This was not the owners fault, but our stay was heavily affected. Best regards. Filippo Camerlengo

Schöner Pool und gute Aufteilung für zwei Kleinfamilien

Im August ist die Bucht sehr belebt. Der Ort hat ein paar Restaurants, ist aber sehr überschaubar. Das Haus liegt ruhig, und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir haben eine 18 jährige Tochter, die auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen ist. Das Haus hat in der Beschreibung barrierefrei und das Rollisymbol Auf Rücksprache per Mail und per Telefon haben wir erfragt, das zum Eingang ieine Stufe vorhanden ist. Auch alle Türen unten seien breit genug... überlesen hatte ich das es unten nur eine Badewanne gibt ... Der Rolli muss die hohe Stufe hochgehoben werden. Die Türen zu den Schlafzimmern unten sind für einen schmalen Jugend- Rolli grad noch ok - Die Tür ins Badezimmer ist nur 60 cm breit so das wir dort mit ihr nicht reinfahren könnten und es gibt nur oben eine bodengleuche Dusche. Wer also gar nicht laufen kann, ist auf starke " Tragearme" angewiesen. Wir kamen grad so zurecht - es gibt draußen eine warme Dusche am Pool. :-) Trotzdem eine schöne Zeit hier verbracht ... der Vermieter ist sehr nett und liidia immer sofort da wenn Fragen waren. Drr Strand von St. Jordi ist prima - mit Strandrolli und auch ein paar Geschäften - lange und schöne Promenade am Meer entlang.

D'excellentes vacances dans la villa de Nacho!

Nous venons de passer d'excellentes vacances dans cette très belle maison ! Lidia nous a accueilli parfaitement, et a été à notre écoute pendant le séjour! La maison est propre, spacieuse et confortable. Le quartier est très calme. A réserver sans hésitation.

Tolles Haus, vor allem auch für zwei Familien!

Wir ( Zwei Familien, jeweils mit einem Kind 2 Jahre alt) haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbracht! Es gibt zwei gleichwertige Badezimmer und vier Schlafzimmer, davon eines mit einem Etagenbett. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner falls man benötigt. Für Urlaub mit Kindern ist dieses Haus perfekt - es gibt diverses Spielzeug, ein Spielehäuschen im Garten und zwei Hochstühlen sowie zwei Kleinkinderbetten, nicht zu vergessen der tolle Pool! Das Haus war absolut sauber und der Eigentümer jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit! Cala Pi ist ziemlich untouristisch und etwas "von Schuss ab" . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es kaum, ein Lädchen mit Monopolpreisen. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich, unserer Meinung nach - bis zum nächsten Ort sind es 20 Autominuten. Der Weg vom Haus zum Strand und zum Ortszentrum ist bei straffem Gang in 20 Minuten zu schaffen, mit kleinen Kindern, wie in unserem Fall dauert es entsprechend lange. Cala Pi an sich ist eher eine gehobene Wohngegend mit einer unglaublich tollen Sicht aufs Meer. Für Kinder bietet der Ort zwei kleine Spielplätze.

Very nice experience

Ideal auch für Gruppen

Wir waren mit einer gemischten siebenköpfigen Gruppe (Altersschnitt Ende 20) zu Gast in dieser Ferienwohnung und sind sehr zufrieden. Der Strand von Cala Pi liegt ca. 1,5 km entfernt und ist in einer Viertelstunde gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus selbst steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist sehr gepflegt. Zwei Mal pro Woche kümmert sich jemand um die Blumen am Haus und reinigt den Pool. Neben den Basics wie Geschirr, Gläser, Bettwäsche und ausreichend Handtüchern stehen auch Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirme und Spielzeug bereit. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten Mallorcas sind von Cala Pi aus gut per Mietwagen zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist außerordentlich professionell, im Vorfeld wurden alle Fragen schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Auch vor Ort lief alles unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellent séjour à Cala PI, Mallorque, juin-juillet 2016

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines fantastiques dans cette vaste maison, fraiche, avec une piscine privée sur la terrasse. Nous étions 2 adultes 4 enfants et 1 bébé et avons trouvé un équipement complet et en bon état de marche. Le jardin était parfaitement entretenu, les activités de loisir sont nombreuses dans les parages. Nous nous sommes ainsi sentis très loin du tourisme de masse. Il y a de belles plages à proximité comme Es Trenc, mais aussi des criques rocailleuses, poissonneuses et peu fréquentées à St Estanyol. Pour habiter chez "Nacho", il faut impérativement avoir une voiture, car le premier magasin ou restaurant est à 1.5 km, ou aller visiter l'île . Il règne dans le village une impression de sécurité, loin des tumultes. Pour couronner le tout, la responsable du logement est experte en massages, huiles essentielles, Fen Shui, et tous les soins de beauté. Nous avons connu nombreux autres masseurs, mais chacun des deux adultes y est allé 3 fois tellement elle prodigue des soins de qualité à un prix très raisonnable. Nous vous recommandons chaleureusement de réserver des séances chez Lydia, car elle est très demandée. Se sont des vacances inoubliables que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Herrlicher Familienurlaub

Wir sind die andere Familie von den zuvor erwähnten 7 Personen und schließen uns der Bewertung voll und ganz an. Es war in allen Punkten ein Traumurlaub. Ergänzend möchten wir noch erwähnen, dass die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld der Reise sehr angenehm war. Unsere Fragen wurden gerne und zuvorkommend beantwortet. Tolles Urlaubsdomizil

Wir waren zu insgesamt 7 Personen, davon 3 Kinder im Alter von 13-16 Jahren, in dem sehr schönen Haus. Uns hat es mehr als nur gut gefallen, es war für unsere Ansprüche optimal. Abseits von jedem Trubel liegt der Ort Cala Pi auf einer futuristischen Felsenküste. Ca. 800m geht man vom Haus bis zum Strand in einer kleinen Bucht. Von Cala Pi aus konnten wir mit unserem Mietwagen zahlreiche Touren starten. Traumhafte Strände und Buchten sind in näherer Umgebung. Es gibt einige Restaurants im Ort, die für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten haben. Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Pool ist 8x4m groß und wird zweimal pro Woche auf Wasserqualität geprüft und gereinigt. Bei Wünschen und Fragen stehen Lidya und ihr Mann stets bereit. Sie wohnen selber in der Nachbarschaft. Es waren zwei wunderschöne Wochen, die wir in der Finca verbringen duften. Auf diesem Wege nochmal ein Dankeschön an den Vermieter und Lidya mit Mann. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder. Gertrud, Michael mit den Söhnen Daniel und Leon.

Alles wunderbar!

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Pool ist Gold wert für kinderreiche Familien. Er hat uns mit vier Kindern einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglicht. Und zu guter Letzt war da noch Tanja, die bei dem kleinsten Problemchen immer sofort abrufbar war. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal!!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

"Cala Pi"...wie sehen uns wieder!!!!!

Erstmal nochmal Danke an Tanja...Netter Empfang und jederzeit Abrufbar... Das Haus ist sehr groß und in den Zimmern ist auch viieel Platz zum verstaun.... Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist der wahnsinn..ideal für Kinder...allg. war alles sauber...in den Zimmern sind keine Nachttischlampen...das hat gefehlt!!! Zum Strand muß man fahren aber der ist wirklich schön... Das Haus kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!! Bis bald....
