Always exceeds our expectations in every way.

The accommodation is perfect for us in every way.Located in exactly the right place bang in the middle of it right next to the harbour.The views are simply amazing particularly on the top floor.We never hear any noise from the bedrooms as they are located at the back.We have stayed in many places in Scarborough and for us this is the best place to stay..We have stayed more than half a dozen times and never had an issue.James is the perfect host.

Fabulous as always!

We have stayed here several times starting in 2020, and Harbourside apartments are always top notch. Modern, clean and spacious apartment, with all the amenities we could ask for. James always makes sure everything is taken care of prior to arrival and being met at the parking site on arrival is a lovely touch. The lady who welcomed us is always friendly. We always enjoy our stay here, and will definitely return in future.

Very very nice accommodation in prime location

Lovely apartment, very clean and everything you need. Fresh bread, milk, coffee, tea and cereals provided to start you off. It is in a prime location overlooking the harbour. This is our third time staying here. James and his team are on hand should you need them. Very nice stay again.

Perfect location, Amazing knowledge

This isn't the cheapest apartment but totally worth it. The view is beautiful & the location perfect. There are stairs so probably not limited mobility friendly though I didn't struggle alone with 3 kids under 10 and there is help with bags. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all that you need. The thing that really makes it though is James & the staff, make use of his knowledge, he knows everyone & everything & is always on hand with top tips. It made the stay special.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location! Absolutely perfect!

Fabulous location with a great view and well soundproofed. The host was excellent, kept in touch, helped us park and unload and was always available for queries. The welcome pack was a lovely addition. Everything in the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen had an extensive range of crockery, cutlery and cooking appliances. The furnishings were all good quality and the towels and bed linen were excellent. Good size bathroom with a good shower. High quality TVs in all rooms.

Absolutely brilliant

We stayed here with our two grandchildren, the apartment was perfect everything that we needed was included and James even provided us with a DVD player, which made the children happy!! The rooms, towels, bedding were spotlessly clean, we were made to feel so welcome, the ice cream vouchers, discount at The Anchor and the Beach Chalet were additional treats. James and the Team made the whole experience of parking, unloading etc so easy, we all had a wonderful time and would definitely return.
