We were highly delighted with the views and welcoming reception we received on arrival.
We were attending our granddaughters graduation at Exeter. University which meant an early start as the event was at 9am
We were prepared to forfeit breakfast but the farmers wife said it was no trouble to make us breakfast for 7 am.

Lovely quiet farm away from it all.
Good breakfasts. Comfy bed. Guest lounge beautifully furnished. Friendly border collie. ( Rex ). Host Alison very nice.
Lots of places to visit a short drive away.
Don't trust your satnav too much. There are some very narrow lanes nearby.
I would go again.
