About this property

Wee cottage at Inverardran House

this is our wee cottage. it has a double room upstairs with extra single bed if needed, downstairs there is a bunk bedded room with full sized single bunk beds, a bathroom with shower sink and toilet. a newly fitted kitchen "2015" and a living come dining room.

the cottage is rented on a nightly basis but longer stays will be discounted. cottage comes with breakfast included which is take in the main guest house house.

Pets are allowed in this room with prior notice from the guest
Inverardran Guest House is situated just 300 metres east of the charming village of Crianlarich in central Scotland. We provide comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation, using locally sourced produce and homemade preserves to offer a true taste of Scottish hospitality. Guests can also enjoy stays in our cosy cottage, Ben Challum Cottage, which provides a peaceful retreat with its own unique charm.

The main house features three en-suite rooms: a double, a twin, and a spacious two-bedroom suite, all thoughtfully decorated to ensure a relaxing stay. Positioned on an elevated site, the guest house offers breathtaking views across the glen towards the majestic mountains of Ben Challum, standing at 3,354 feet, and Ben More, reaching 3,582 feet, both just to the east.

Inverardran Guest House is located just inside the northern boundary of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, one of Scotland’s most stunning natural areas. This beautiful glen is renowned for its excellent fishing, scenic walking trails, hill climbing, touring routes, and golf courses, all easily accessible for outdoor enthusiasts and leisure seekers alike.

Owners John and Janice Christie aim to make you feel more like a friend than a guest. Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome from us and our friendly pets, who may just steal a little attention. Whether you are stopping overnight on your journey or staying as part of a longer holiday, we are dedicated to making your visit to Crianlarich and Scotland an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Lovely overnight stay on our way from Mull back to England Midlands. John was very welcoming and efficient. Cottage was really well-stocked and absolutely spot on for our young family on an overnight and breakfast was delicious and very accommodating. The facilities in the cottage would be absolutely adequate for a longer stay. Hope to be back again!

It was an amazing stay, everything I could need was provided for me, comfortable, clean and spacious room. The host was incredibly welcoming and so helpful, I enjoyed chatting with him at breakfast, breakfast was plentiful with options, best pet friendly accommodation iv ever been to, was ment to stay for 2 night but I loved it so much I stayed another night, would have stayed longer if I was able, didn't want to leave. Just a overall comfortable experience for me and my dog who also loved it

Beautiful Babbling Brook

Loved the Wee Cottage, the sound of the stream running past the cottage was a huge bonus for me. Jan's homemade shortbread was a nice welcome. John was very welcoming and gave us wonderful suggestions for the day's drive. Yummy breakfast in the main house. Loved seeing the red squirrels mooch at the birch feeders.

We were looking for a place to stay for one night on our way from the Glasgow airport to the Isle of Harris. This was close enough to the airport to get there quickly but felt like you were far away from the city. Our flight was delayed multiple times and John was easy to communicate with and was flexible to accommodate our schedule. Crianlarich is a quaint town and the pub meals were terrific.
