Our favourite place to stay when we visit Rye.
You can always be assured of a warm welcome at the King’s Head, beautiful accommodation, fabulous food and staff that are so very kind.
We also sometimes go to Fletchers House for coffee and a tempting treat! The scones are fabulous!

Lovely! Luxurious comfort, good food and friendly team.
I love the cottages there - they are spacious, beautifully designed and comfortable - what more could you want! The bar area, with its open fire, was a space I could have just stayed in for the week - and the team are friendly, efficient and welcoming. Truly a marvellous place to stay and visit and a jewel of East Sussex.

Comfortable, dog friendly pub near Rye
A two day break to visit our daughter in Camber. This is our third visit to the Kings Head in Rye. We've always stayed in one of the cottage rooms which are good sized with very comfortable beds, and very convenient if you have a dog with you.
