About this property

Oceanfront Penthouse Condo in 5 Star Resort with Oceanview

Breathtaking views from the balcony! Panoramic view of Bandaras Bay and an ideal location overlooking the amazing garden and pool areas.Staying at our Velas Vallarta condo allows you to be close to all of the amenities Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Listen and relax to the ocean sounds from above or below and be as pampered as you wish.

There is an all-inclusive option for resort meals and drinks that Velas Vallarta offers. When we last checked the price is $160USD/pp per day for Adults and $60USD/pp per day for child 16 years and younger. You can add this from the hotel upon check-in.

Our unit is equipped with one king bed, a pull out sofa and a single air mattress. There are flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, cooktop with pots and pans and a new set of dishes. The wi-fi is included in the price of the rental as is the exercise facility, morning yoga, pool aerobics, Spanish lessons, and much more!

Maid service for the unit is included once weekly, if more visits are desired an additional cleaning is easily added to your stay payable directly to Velas Vallarta. Upon check in there is an available concierge to answer all of your questions. Easily book excursions and other services such as massage or meal delivery. It’s easy to leave a credit card at the front desk for other resort incidentals. The Velas staff will also enter the unit to water the balcony plants every few days.

The Marina area in Puerto Vallarta affords you amazing restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, golf and water activities all within a short walk. Downtown Vallarta is a $5 USD cab ride, or ride the bus for 50 cents USD! Airport transportation is less than $5 USD but coming from the airport may be more if you opt to leave direct from the terminal.

This place is great! Easy to get to/from airport, pretty walkable to a lot of restaurant options. There are a ton of birds and iguanas everywhere, even in the pool! The host is very communicative and helpful. We hope to come back again sometime!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean very nicely kept outstanding views of the ocean as well as the entire complex overlooking the swimming pools. We would highly recommend staying at this property. In fact, we’ve already spoke to the owners and told them we want to stay there again when we come back next year. As far as the hosts are concerned, they were awesome to work with and gave great instructions.

The condo has everything that you need for an oceanside retreat! The resort has an excellent pool and beach front access for the most relaxing vacation. The location is easy to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. It's the perfect getaway spot!! We will definitely stay here again!

The property is well maintained. We had problems getting chairs by the pool. The condo is very nice and clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location and the view is amazing! The mattress was firm and awesome. The personnel at the facility was helpful and kind. It was great to be in a condo with full service. Would absolutely come again! Highly recommend.

This condo has the most beautiful view on the top floor. There is nature all around and a perfect location if you want to take a $5 uber to the grocery store or walk to a resteraunt in the marina.

Excellent condo in excellent resort

Wife and I stayed here for a week in October and loved it. The condo was exactly as shown in pictures and met all our needs. Check-in was quick and easy and the condo was very comfortable. Also the resort itself is superb with very genuinely friendly staff and the location is a short walk to marina for other meal options. We hope to stay in this unit for future trips! Excellent overall experience!

Me & my husband stayed here On a week long vacation. The resort could not be more beautiful or relaxing. The staff were so kind and helpful. And the condo was great with an amazing location, looking out at the pools and ocean. It was a week in paradise for a very reasonable price!

My wife and I purchased this condo in 2017. We reside in central Minnesota, USA with our one teenager. We enjoy travel and especially the hospitality received in Mexico. We look forward to spending time at our Condo with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We have strong relationships in Mexico through our family business. We love the food in Mexico and we relate to their strong family culture. We were fortunate to find an ocean facing Condo in a development that has so many amenities - a place where we can truly vacation when we visit.

What makes this property unique

There are a lot of great properties in Puerto Vallarta. The Marina area is unique, having its own golf course, an open mall with shops and restaurants alongside all of the boats, and a great location close to shopping and the airport. It is a quieter neighborhood and family oriented.
