The house comes with two double sized bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles. All linens and towels are provided. A modern and fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal with integrated electric oven, hobs, kettle, fridge and microwave. On arrival the kitchen will be stocked with basic provisions including tea, coffee and milk. An open space lounge and dining area includes plenty of space to relax and dine and even includes a fully functional open fire. A flat screen wall mounted TV is equipped with Virgin Media TV including access to Netflix and other Apps. Broadband is unlimited and included in the price. The spacious main bathroom includes a large double shower cubicle, bath, toilet and sink. A separate utility room including a secondary toilet and sink is also equipped with a 7kg capacity washing machine and clothes drying racks for your convenience. The house also includes an enclosed garden with seating area, perfect for catching a bit of sun if weather allows.

This is a Victorian property so, whilst it has been updated with modern appliances and central heating throughout, it still contains many period features. We think these add a lot of character and hope you do too, but please do be aware that the property is 140 years old. It has single-glazed sash windows, original Victorian tile flooring and a few squeaky floorboards

Things to do and see in Ely include the world famous Cathedral, Oliver Cromwell's house and Ely Museum, as well as a number of picturesque park areas and the riverside. If you like antique's and art there are also a number of small galleries and a really good antique's shop on the riverside. There are plenty of really good places to eat and drink out and I have included a list of some of these in the welcome pack that you will find in the house on arrival.
