This bright and beautiful condo has an open floor plan perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. You may not find another location as peaceful. Chances are pretty great that the only thing you will hear while sitting on the patio are birds singing and aspen leaves fluttering in the breeze!
Two bedrooms & two baths flank the living space on main floor (Which is actually the second floor. There is no first floor, only the entry and stairs to the second floor) with an additional bedroom (loft) and bathroom upstairs. Renters may enjoy the jacuzzi spa (closed due to covid) steps from the door. The large patio with BBQ offers additional seating and entertaining adjacent to the dining room.
From snow capped peaks to the changing colors of aspen leaves, the views from this unit will take your breath away in any season! Skiing, fishing, running, hiking, mountain biking and golf are just some of the enjoyable activities accessible right from our condo. Come see for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

I graciously ask for your respect in our home. We use it often and we have chosen to share it with you. Second time visiting

This was our second time staying here and they have done some nice upgrades. It is actually nicer than last time and we were happy enough to come back after last time. They are building an outside Jacuzzi spa nearby so that will be a nice addition once finished. Highly recommended.

Great rental in Mammoth

Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids stayed at Kristen’s house for Spring Break. The condo was super clean, comfortable and well equipped. I particularly loved the high ceilings and large windows in the main room! We felt very welcomed and had a great stay in this house and strongly recommend it.

Great family getaway

Our 4 evenings in Mammoth were fantastic. What a relief to have amenities like home when traveling with young children. Our boys loved the fireplace and games. Having 3 restrooms allowed us to get everyone ready in time for the slopes. A washer/dryer in unit and pin code entry/exit was also convenient. We didn't have to over pack and no need for keys!

We LOVE Mammoth and know that you, if you don't already, will too after your visit! We have been visiting year round for 50 years and still are not sure what season we like best! Come on up and (try to) figure out what season is your favorite!

Why they chose this property

When you are staying in our place you don't feel locked in. The huge wall of windows won't let you! The patio beckons and the meadow yells for you to get outside! After your long day of fun, the jacuzzi spa couldn't be closer. Dinner "at home" is no problem, and it's easy to enjoy time relaxing in front of the tv, reading a good book in front of the fire or just getting into our comfy beds early!
