Huge, beautifully renovated, mountain-themed 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath in the gorgeous Snowcreek phase V. Sleeps 7!
You'll find tons of parking just outside your private ground floor entry. Climb the interior, heated stairs to the townhome's main level where you'll find two big bedrooms, a spacious living room with a custom stone fireplace, and flat screen TV/DVD, beautifully updated galley-style kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four, as well as a large dining area (seating for 8), in-unit laundry, and a private second floor deck with Gas BBQ.
The Master bedroom offers a large, comfy King bed and highly updated ensuite bath, with stone appointments (standing shower only). The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a beautifully renovated, shared bath just outside (with tub and shower). Continue to the third level loft for an additional sleeping area with Queen bed and Twin bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bath (with tub and shower). The living room offers additional sleeping for 2, with a Queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary WiFi is provided, as is access to community hot tubs.
No smoking. No pets.
Two parking passes are on the kitchen counter. Parking spaces are first-come, first serve in unassigned spaces.

Her husband Jason also holds a Bachelor's degree from UCSB in Film and Media Studies and has a background in real estate finance and transactions.
