You'll find tons of parking just outside your private ground floor entry. Climb the interior, heated stairs to the townhome's main level where you'll find two big bedrooms, a spacious living room with a custom stone fireplace, and flat screen TV/DVD, beautifully updated galley-style kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four, as well as a large dining area (seating for 8), in-unit laundry, and a private second floor deck.
The Master bedroom offers a large, comfy King bed and highly updated ensuite bath, with stone appointments (standing shower only). The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a beautifully renovated, shared bath just outside (with tub and shower). Continue to the third level loft for an additional sleeping area with Queen bed and Twin bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bath (with tub and shower). The living room offers additional sleeping for 2, with a Queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary WiFi is provided, as is access to community hot tubs.

One of our favorite places to stay in Mammoth so far and we’ve stayed at quite a few condos. Clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were great and there is plenty of parking.

We had a comfortable stay at this location. We loved the location and the hot tub access for after a day in the mountain. The only issue we had was that the fireplace wouldn't turn on the whole weekend even though the remote was saying it was on. Regardless, we had a memorable time and would stay again!

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with.
Unfortunately, this guest never contacted our office to give us an opportunity to correct any of these issues. We have 18 full time staff members in our housekeeping, maintenance and guest services departments who we can call upon to resolve problems. This property offered us eveyrhing we needed for our stay in mammoth . There are nearby trails for hiking and mountain biking and you can easily walk into old mammoth within 15 minutes or drive 3 minutes . We will definitely return in the future

Loved staying here! This is our third time staying in Snowcreek, but first in this unit. The checking process and instructions were clear and easy, everything worked great, clean unit, quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood. Will definitely try to stay in this unit again!

The house is spacious and very close to the grocery store. This is helpful when traveling with kids.
Not to far from the main attractions. Max 40 mins to 1 hour.
Highly recommend this place.

Outside needs work. Broken tiles from roof on ground near door, peeling paint under windows trim. Inside space was great. Sliding glass door to patio was only able to open tiny bit and very hard to even get that open.

Please note that Mammoth Five Star Lodging only manages the interior of the properties we list, as per our contract with the homeowners. Exterior maintenance is typically handled by the homeowners' association and their respective maintenance staff. We acknowledge the issues mentioned about the exterior of the property and want to assure you that these are generally temporary conditions that result from our area's severe weather conditions.
It's worth noting that our town recently experienced the most severe winter ever recorded here, with over 900 inches of snowfall leading to collapsed buildings and other infrastructural damages. The recovery process has been ongoing since the snow has melted, and things are steadily getting back to normal.
However, these exterior issues did not impact the safety or comfort of the interior, which is our domain and primary concern. The review acknowledged the interior space as being great, which aligns with our commitment to providing high-quality and comfortable accommodations for our guests.
We're actively working to address the sliding glass door issue mentioned, as we ensure the full functionality of all features within our properties.

This condo was just what we wanted for our Mammoth stay. It's located in a golf/resort community, so it is not in town. But parking is easy and it was a quick drive to town as needed. We were not looking to be in town and preferred to be a bit more isolated. Condo was as advertised. Photos and descriptions were all accurate. My only critique is the closets had stuff thrown in them, super cluttered and disorganized, which in my opinion just sends the wrong message. We were only there for a short stay, so we didn't need the closets. We kept our skis in our car. There is no place to store them that I saw. That also was fine by us. Property management/communication was excellent. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Worked out great for a last minute trip to Mammoth for my family.

We had a great weekend stay at this unit. We were surprised how large the unit really is, plenty of room for our two kids, their two friends, and my wife and me.
The unit is clean and well stocked. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed.

The unit itself had plenty of room with the 4 beds and 3 separate bedroom spaces. If there is one thing to suggest its to upgrade the entry door and key with a number pad instead of a key attached to a chain by the door. Everything else was great.
We had to change our vacation plans due to a wildfire. We booked this townhome at Mammoth Lakes last minute, and it exceeded our expectations. My husband and I travelled with my mother-in-law and two kids, aged 15 and 8, and it was perfect for us. It’s in a lovely complex that is close to town but still quiet. The unit was just as described. They were replacing the roof on the unit next to ours, so we did have some noise a couple of the days, but most of the time we were out sightseeing, so it wasn’t a problem (and they weren’t working super early or late.) The only recommendations I have are small. It’d help to clarify how to use the washing machine. The temperatures were crossed out multiple times and written over. I’m not sure if it’s hooked up to the water wrong, but if the writing is right, every setting comes out with hot water. There was no cold setting. I was a little afraid to use it for fear of hurting our clothes. Also, the screen door to the patio and some of the window screens need to be replaced, as well as one of the window cranks in the second bedroom. But those are really very small issues that didn’t affect our stay in any major way. We were very happy and will definitely be back! Thank you!
This is a lovely condo just like all the others of this type that we have stayed in before. It is worth the extra money.
However, when we returned home we got an email accusing us of stealing an old snowshoe decoration off the wall. We called and told the manager that we saw only one snowshoe but they said they had a before/after picture. We, of course, had no idea of how many snowshoes there were supposed to be but told them that we saw a snowshoe tucked into a corner of the bedroom and asked that they go inspect. Instead they tried to charge our credit card $250. A week later I called again and they had found the hidden snowshoe. Now they claimed it must have been the renters before us. The photos must not have as definitive as they claimed.
If you rent from this outfit I suggest that you take your own set of pictures or make them do a walkaround with you.

This review is untrue. Mammoth Five Star Lodging conducts the most detailed cleaning and inspection routine in Mammoth in order to ensure we provide a consistently outstanding guest experience, minimize the impact of damage and failures on our guests and protect the interests of our property owners. On every departure we dispatch 3-4 staff members to each property to strip linens, clean and perform the most detailed property inspection in our market. If the next guest arrival is more than a day out, we also conduct an additional Quality Control (QC) check on the day of the next guest’s arrival to ensure nothing has changed in the property since it was prepped. Cleaning mistakes are addressed before the property is approved for guest arrival.
Our inspectors test every household system, fireplace, appliance, etc. to confirm proper functionality. We carry laser point/shoot thermometers to test the refrigerator, freezer, oven and water from every tap. We place keys and passes, then photograph them to prove they were present. Our staff fill out an inspection sheet and sign/date it for each inspection, and we keep the records. We keep time/date stamped records for everything, and all of our staff work is computerized and we have records for just about everything. We know exactly what is going on in all of our units, all the time. Charges to guests for damage are exceedingly rare.
This unit has a pair of antique snow shoes mounted high on the wall above a walkway. They are not easily reachable, and in the several years we have managed this property, they have survived unmolested. They were there when we inspected this property pre-arrival and one was gone when we inspected post-departure. This is a huge, glaring decoration in the main common area. We didnt miss it before they came somehow. Meanwhile, when we emailed them that we would charge them for the missing snow-shoe, THEY TOLD US WHERE TO FIND IT, not the other way around. They could not have told us to look for it stashed behind furniture if they didn't put it there. If they noticed it there as they claim, they should have called our office to inform us, and we would have believed them. They didn't.
Purchasing a stay in a vacation rental involves taking on an important responsibility to care for someone else's home. Managers have to service guests, but are also responsible to secure the property owner's investment. Any hint of property damage should be addressed with your manager right away.
We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy, the place was very clean, put together, and ready for us. Great space for our group of five. Nice little deck. A BBQ would be a wonderful addition out there. And we couldn’t seem to log in to any of our movie services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), which was unfortunate. Looked like the TV didn’t have that capability or had not been set up to allow it. Overall, though, great stay and we’d book it again!!
Very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Such a great neighborhood and property! Would definitely stay here again! Kids loved the loft area with their own bathroom, beds, and TV. Lots of sledding and snow play right in the neighborhood.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was nicely kept and convenient to town. While we did have a few maintenance issues they were handled in a very timely manner. There seems to be a water heater issue...only got one hot shower out of 5 per day. Note: don’t get ready at the same time.. Had a great time with family. We would definitely come back.
