Snowcreek #418 (Phase 3) is a great condominium for a Mammoth Lakes getaway. Snowcreek is located in an ideal area close to year-round activities. The Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift are a short drive away, or a short walk will take you to the shuttle stop on Minaret Blvd. You will also find yourself close to several hiking and biking trails, restaurants, and shops.

The home has a comfortable cabin-inspired living room. Light the gorgeous stone fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere and warm yourself after a day on the slopes. A large sectional couch circles around the television. This will be a popular spot to relax with the family as you put a movie on. A DVD player and VCR player are available for your entertainment. Open the balcony doors to let a breeze inside. When you stand on the private balcony you can enjoy the surrounding mountain views. A washer and dryer are also conveniently arranged inside.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is prepared to help any chef in creating meals. Steps away is a dining room and table with seating for 6. Sit your guests down for a home cooked meal.

When you are ready to rest for the night there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed. The last bedroom is suitable for housing the kids with a Twin bed and trundle. A bonus loft is upstairs with a seating area. One more full bathroom and a half bathroom are accessible for guests to share.

The unit is very close to the Meadow and Mammoth Creek, great for fishing, walking and hiking. There are many biking trails as well. Keeping up on your fitness or looking for something else to do during your stay? The Snowcreek Athletic Club is nearby and great for getting a sweat going. A pass can be purchased for $25/adult and $15/child. The pass includes access to the premier gym, trampoline rooms, racquetball court, indoor pool, outdoor pool (spring/summer), spa, 5 outdoor tennis courts (spring/summer), and The Bistro East Restaurant.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

Mammoth vacation @ Snowcreek

If you want a condo in a fantastic location, kitchen ware a thrift store wouldn't accept, lighting that doesn't work, smoke alarms with dying batteries (chirping sounds), filthy electric blankets, a nostalgic 80's look throughout, stereo equipment that doesn't work and a bbq that has no propane tank, than this place is for you. Look elsewhere for an up to date condo that sleeps more and is less money. Not happy.

Nice condo, but too far to walk after parking car, and lots of updates needed.

Good except too far away from parking area, and door locked at checkout this morning and couldn't get back in to return the 2 parking passes...left them on the outside front door handle.

Annual family Mammoth trip

Loved our stay at this family condo And we are looking forward to coming back next winter ! It fit our grown children very well and the location satisfied all the group

Family New Year

Condo was spacious, had "being at home" touches to it, plenty of kitchen utensils for our cooking, and pretty much everything you needed for an enjoyable stay!! I would probably only bring some beach towels to enjoy the spa next time!

Condo, nice. Prop management company is a HORRIBLE!

We checked in on Friday afternoon at the Grand Mammoth Resorts just after 4 and was told check in was five. However on our reservation it shows 4. I wanted to find out why we never received a call back to talk about switching our dates. Our home here in CA was hit hard by the storm and had the ceiling in one of the rooms come crashing in just 4 days before. Photos and estimates to repair the room was available to show property management co. but they did not call. I said we were not looking to have the money refunded and I said that I see in the agreement that dates can be changed but a $75.00 fee would be charged. She said that the supervisor would contact me that night. He never did. She also said that the cable was out in the loft but would have someone out there to fix it. That never happened. We got to the house with NO INSTRUCTIONS at all about the place and for how to connect to WIFI, had to call the property management to get info for that. 45 minutes later, we got it to work. On Saturday morning, I went to the property management office to find out about the cable that still wasn't working and why no phone call to let us know what was going on. She said that the cable company and the owners of the house hadn't been able to set it up. I asked why she didn't call and she replied, "They were not coming out so she didn't want to call" all I could say was WOW! Great customer service. I then asked why the supervisor never called and she said he was busy and would call me. When we check out on Monday morning, I still had no cable, no calls from the office or the supervisor. This company should not be trusted at all! They have NO idea about customer service and could care less about taking care of the visitors that stay at the condo. stay as far away from Grand Mammoth Resorts for your next visit. Now for the condo, it was nice, had a great kitchen, views and was in a great location. We enjoyed the place very much. If the owners get away from Grand Mammoth Resorts, then it would be a 9+!!!
