Charming holiday apartment located close to the beach and fully equipped to enjoy a stay with all the comfort that your family needs.



The apartment is distributed in 2 double bedrooms with twin beds, a spacious and modern living room with a sofa bed, independent kitchen with dishwasher, complete bathroom with shower and a toilet. The property has a beautiful communal garden with a swimming pool.



GOOD TO KNOW:



- Optional parking with supplement upon request and availability.

- Outdoor Seasonal Pool.

- Air conditioning only in the living room.

- Reservations for groups are not accepted.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Excelente para disfrutar de unas vacaciones

Está muy bien ubicado es un apartamento amplio, luminoso y equipado con todo lo necesario. Además, con opción a parking dentro del mismo edificio. Creo que se podría mejorar la limpieza en los baños, sobre todo en los armarios de los baños. Y proporcionar productos de limpieza.
