Excellent location for this nice T3 apartment on the 1st floor (out of 2), very comfortable, direct view of the Marina at 30 metres and fully air-conditioned.
The apartment is designed for 4 people and a child can sleep on the sofa bed.
Interior design:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom on the street side with double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe with hangers, blackout curtain.
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom on the marina side, with double bed, a bedside, wardrobe with hangers, blackout curtain.
- Equipped American kitchen, oven with ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, Blender, toaster, crockery for 6 people, set of pots and pans and various dishes.
- Air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, television, WIFI, large four-element bay window overlooking the Marina.
- Shower room / toilet
- Linen provided (towels, sheets and tea towels)
- Safety deposit box
- Other equipment: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, cot and high chair, cooler, drying rack... etc...
Environment and area: Parking specific to the residence, beach and shops a few minutes walk away.
Location and nearby towns: Anse Mitan and Pointe du Bout, which touch each other, are undoubtedly an excellent starting point to discover the many facets of Martinique.
Activities and leisure activities: Diving: several departures per day for exploration, water sports: equipment rental, horse riding, horseback riding by the sea and in the forest, golf at 2km, sports course at 3km. The white sandy beach of Anse Mitan is one of the "idleness" attractions of the place.
Services and shops: The Creole village offers you its pubs and restaurants, its shops and services: tourist office, banks, pharmacy, doctor, physiotherapist, supermarket, car hire, diving club, beach 5 minutes walk away, gaming casino, shuttle to Fort de France and the other coves.
By car 5 minutes away, Les Trois Ilets with 2 mini-markets and two petrol stations.
By car 15 minutes, Rivière Salée with a Leader Price, a Carrefour Market, a petrol station, various shops.
By car 20 minutes away, Ducos with a shopping centre and a CARREFOUR hypermarket.

Bonne location

Appartement pour 6 personnes en bon état, bien climatisé, très bien situé dans une résidence calme avec une belle vue sur la marina et proche des plages de la pointe du bout . Très bons contacts avec les intervenants à l'arrivée et en cours de séjour. Des améliorations sont malgré tout indispensables pour permettre un vrai couchage dans le salon (changement de clic clac et moustiquaire). A recommander. Merci pour cet agréable séjour. Bjm
