This apartment of 90 m² is located on the 4th floor of a typical building niched in the heart of one of Lisbon's oldest suburbs, Graça. In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.
It is composed as follows:
- a living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining table for 6 is at your disposal.
- three bedrooms; one with a queen bed, another one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds.
- an outdoor terrace with sitting area.
- a kitchen with everything you need to cook (stove, fridge, oven, kitchen utensils, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle).
- a nice clean bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink with mirror

Our apartment is located close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. It is also next to the three main and most beautiful viewpoints in Lisbon, next to the famous São Jorge Castle, next to the stunning and unmissable Tram 28, one block from the wonderful Church of São Vicente and picturesque Feira da Ladra, close to the beautiful Alfama neighborhood, Santa Apolónia metro station, Martins Muniz and Mouraria square.
Miradouro de Nossa Senhora do Monte is located 7 minutes walk from our place, about 600m away. The Miradouro de Nossa Senhora do Monte viewpoint gives you an incredible vista of St George’s Castle, down to Baixa, across to Bairro Alto and back up into the main part of Lisbon. The Miradouro da Graca viewpoint, which is closer, isn’t as high and doesn’t give you as much of a range, but it is a more pleasant location. It’s the first viewpoint that many people reach after coming up the hill and they don’t bother to keep going, so it can be busy. But there’s a nice place to sit for a drink and have a rest.
Right next to the Miradouro da Graca viewpoint is the Church of Convent of Graça. The complex is enormous and there’s a good chance you’ve spotted the building from other parts of the city. The church is one of Lisbon’s oldest but has been restored over the years. Still, it has wonderful baroque features with detailed chapels of gilded woodwork. The monastery is now used as military barracks but you can see one section with tiled images of Christian martyrs being killed in gory ways.
Down the hill from the church is a large garden, Jardim da Cerca da Graça. It has a kiosk, which is a cheap and lovely way to have a coffee or a drink. The park is also very popular with locals around sunset, who bring their own drinks and hang out here.
Closest tram is Tram 28 which is located right at the foot of the apartment, a real ex-libris of Lisbon, and one of the best ways to see the city. From the windows of this picturesque vehicle we can appreciate the historical and natural heritage that Lisbon has to offer. Starting in the vibrant and bright Largo da Graça, and through places such as the monumental St. George's Castle, the magnificent Largo das Portas do Sol, the Cathedral of Lisbon, Chiado , Calçada Do Combro, the Parliament, the impressive Basilica da Estrela, the Commerce Square downtown.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
