The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

You can explore this neighbourhood on foot, and plenty of good restaurants are nearby...but better than that, an authentic Lisbon experience, knowing that the apartment is located in one of the most charismatic neighbourhoods in sunny Lisbon. Lots of cool, hip places to eat, drink, and hang out nearby. Some of the hosts' favourite spots to eat are Maniche Pizzaria, Mr Lu, Raposo, Vaskus Grill, Zona Franca dos Anjos, Floresta da Estefania, Delícia de Arroios, Adega do Domingos, Brick Café, Portugália, Padaria do Bairro, Gelataria Mú, Padaria Portuguesa, Cervejaria Ramiro, Zé da Mouraria 2.

For a drink try: Love Lisbon, Casa Independente, O das Joanas, Damas, Botequim da Graça.

Things to do: In addition to all the usual stuff you see in the guides, try the Feira da Almas flea market, concerts in the Intendente and Graça districts, and Torel Garden (great view and lovely terrace café).

Various supermarkets are within walking distance, including one on our street. Pharmacy one street down.

Easy access to public transport, by taxi or on foot if you like.

Metro Anjos Station is a 3-minute walk.

There's a bus stop just a few steps away from the property.

Ten minutes by taxi to Lisbon airport.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
