I felt like I could live here. The property was exactly as listed. It was spacious and quiet with all of the comforts of home. Additionally it is directly across from the plaza so it’s great for people watching, a block from the metro, and steps away from a real supermarket.

A very nice apartment, decorated in a minimalist style but with great taste. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The neighborhood isn't the most desirable in Lisbon, but it has the advantage of being very close to the city's main attractions. There was a minor issue upon arrival with a bathroom light, which was resolved immediately. I hope that GuestReady, a company that was very responsive and professional throughout the rental process, will take this into account in some way :-)

Superbe duplex moderne dans une zone centrale de Lisbonne mais au calme. Très propre et avec un petit balcon sur cour intérieure. On a aussi apprécié le lave et sèche linge très pratique pour au milieu de notre road trip au Portugal. Instructions claires pour arrivée et départ autonome qu’on apprécie aussi. Restaurants sympas juste sur la place en face et à 2 minutes à pied de l’arrêt du mythique tram 28

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment also had a lovely private balcony where we could relax and enjoy some quiet time outside, which was one of our favorite features. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The only issue we encountered was with the main bathroom. Water leaked from the shower enclosure during use, causing the bath mat and the floor around the toilet to become soaked each time. It would be great if this could be repaired for future guests. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

Great loft, quiet building. With the windows shutters closed we didn't get outside noise, that was unexpected in a central location. We missed the extra space when we moved on to the next city. Close by to many restaurants, and a Lidl marker a short walk away.

We stayed in this apartment for four nights during a family vacation. The location is convenient, with easy access to transit and many attractions within walking distance, but the neighborhood felt unsafe at night.The unit had several issues, including leaking bathroom faucets, poor lighting, mold in the washroom, dirty rugs, a dishwasher that would not open fully, and no dish soap provided.The biggest problem occurred on our third day when the water was completely shut off, leaving us without running water. We were offered another unit, but it was an hour away. GuestReady's response was disappointing, they asked us to troubleshoot the issue ourselves and check with other tenants. We lost an entire day of our vacation dealing with this problem.Due to the maintenance issues, poor cleanliness, lack of running water, and poor customer service, I would not recommend this property until these issues are addressed.
