The Villa has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and comes fully equipped for all your needs with a crib and high chair available for young children if required. The pool gets the sun virtually all day and with additional patio space outside the pool screen this is an extra the guests love! The pool can also be heated as an option so its nice and warm to swim at all times. The villa offers so many unique features that you will not find in other villas like the jacuzzi-hot tub, the oversized swimming pool which also has pool toys for your children to enjoy. The private fenced back garden is a feature guests have commented on many times as they love the feeling of being able to relax without neighbours being close by. Other villas you will see advertised are overlooked and close together thus guests will lose the privacy to relax and enjoy the amenities that the villa offers. This house was amazing! The set up , the cleanliness, the whole vibe was beyond expectations . Very easy to get situated once you arrive , Charles was very easy to deal with from beginning to end . The pool and Jacuzzi were great ! The Wii console gave us some fun bonding time at night. The couch was so comfortable I passed out twice on it, lol. My son loved it and we are certainly coming back !

Beautiful area

The house was so beautiful and felt like home! My children loved the pool, and hunting for lizards! And seeing the wild cranes out in the front yard was amazing! It was the be of my favorite place to go. We will be staying again! Worth the stay! And is pretty close to all the family fun adventures

The house was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. The host was super responsive to any questions we had. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Location is close enough to everything, yet away from it enough that you can relax. Beautiful house in very quiet neighborhood

This is an awesome house in a great area. Not far from anything you could possibly want to do. Golf, parks, shop, eat, etc. I stayed here for a week long golf trip and it was a perfect spot. Nice and clean, easy to get to, and very relaxing after a long day. The pool and hot tub are a great combo after a day in the sun. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

From booking to check-in ,things couldn't have been more perfect! The home was clean and had everything we could have wanted! Clean quiet neighborhood!

Our stay here was very good. Kids had a blast in the pool when we weren't at the parks or the beach. Very clean place, and nice neighborhood. Washer ,dryer,stove, refrigerator, pool all worked as they should. One of the toilet paper holders was pulled out of the drywall but it wasn't a big deal. It was an awsome stay. Will definitely rent again if we come to that area !

Perfect for what we needed.

This house was perfect for what we needed for our stay. Property owner was very helpful throughout the booking process and answered all questions I had in a timely manner. Great location to shopping and a short drive (advice: we found a back way to avoid some of I-4 traffic) to ESPN and theme parks. The pool was heated at a decent temperature and the hot tub was very relaxing after days of cheer practice, competition and park days. The neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Spring break vacay

We loved it! First time staying in a vrbo and it didn't disappoint! The house is beautiful and located in a quite neighborhood.we had everything we needed, large clean pool, great hot tub, and space for a family of 5. The house is clean, everything is in good working condition, and we had no problem checking in at our arrival. The owner does a great job communicating with guests and gives you information about the house prior to your arrival. The Perfect Place To Relax!

This is my second time at this property (I stayed there last year), and I didn’t think this place could get any better, but I was wrong! The owner of the property made a lot of upgrades in the past year to make the place a bit more modern, and he did a terrific job (all of the pictures in the listing are up to date as of 9/1/2022)! The check-in process is easy, the host is ALWAYS available to answer your questions, and literally everything you need while on your stay, has been thought of and made available for you at this property. All you have to bring is your luggage and some food! The area is super quiet and the house is secure. The pool area is private and completely fenced in. The attention to detail at this property is impressive! If you want a place that’s close to the parks, quiet, safe, and feels like you’re in your own house, look no further. This is the place!

No Need To Search Any Further......This Is Where You Need To Stay!!!!

This property is absolutely amazing! I’ll begin with the communication with the host (Charles). From the time I booked the property to the time I left the property, Charles responded within hours of messaging him. Before my wife and I arrived at his villa, Charles sent us a packet full of useful information. From how to check-in, to the shops, restaurants, and activities near the villa (and how to get to them). Check-in was a breeze, and allows you to be able to arrive at the villa at any time of day or night, so you don’t have to worry about arriving on a late flight and not being able to access the home. Everything is digital, so you’re able to arrive at any time. We had to pay the management company for the heating of the pool (rates to heat the pool are extremely reasonable), and they made it available to pay in such a way, where it didn’t interrupt our vacation at all. Now for the review on the villa itself. The villa is extremely spacious, with a wonderful layout, where if you’re traveling with children or another couple, you’re on opposite ends of the house, so you’re able to have privacy and not right next to each other. This place was spotless! Thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Had everything that we would need in the kitchen to cook. Coffee maker, toaster, automatic ice maker, dishwasher, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils.....all you need to bring is the food and drinks. Each bedroom has a TV, Roku, and plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, and blankets. They even had a safe in the main bedroom. Garage has a washer & dryer, ping pong table, iron, ironing board, and laundry basket for if you need to do your laundry. Very strong WiFi, everywhere around the house and around the pool area. Living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large 4K TV, Roku, DVD Player, and plenty of DVD’s for if you don’t have logins to the streaming sites on the Roku. Dining room fits about 6 people comfortably, and there’s an extra sitting room near the pool with plenty of seating, sofa-bed, TV, Roku, Nintendo Wii, plenty of books to read, and board games for the children to play. The pool area was extremely clean. Gorgeous giant pool with seats available for up to 7 people. The spa was in great working order, and feels great after a long day. The pool and spa are completely fenced off, so there is total privacy from the neighbors on all sides of the villa.
