About this property
Il Nido - Euroresidence Lungolago Garda
In a unique location next to the lake and surrounded by a beautiful green park, this completely renovated studio apartment is located on the second floor of a former hotel complex with a lake view. There is a pull-out double bed and a sofa bed for a total of 4 guests.
Equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and fridge with freezer. Bathroom with washing machine and shower.
There is also air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, shaded electric shutters and free parking in the complex.
The beautiful communal roof terrace with panoramic views of Lake Garda is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and is the ideal place to relax.
In the large communal lobby of the complex there is a lift to the terrace, a self-service laundry for a fee and unlimited free Wi-Fi for our guests.
From the lobby, an uphill path (approx. 5 min.) leads to both the Restaurant - Pizzeria La Loda and the large, beautiful swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. Admission is included for 2 of our guests (normally a fee is charged). Next to it there is also a small pool for children. In the large communal park there are olive trees, palm trees, tall trees, benches, a children's playground, a restaurant bar and a large swimming pool.
Check-in from 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Check-out at 10.00 a.m.
Mandatory taxes not included (payable in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person and per night (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: Additional charges will apply after 7:00 pm.
Optional extras on request (payable in cash on arrival):
- Bed linen and towels are NOT included and can be rented, or you can bring your own and save on the final price. Reservation obligatory!
- Early check-in, before 15.00 or late check-out after 10.00 is ONLY possible on request and subject to availability, additional costs will be charged!
- Additional single bed at extra charge
- Baby cot (1-24 months) at extra charge
- High chair for an extra charge
