A very nice, well situated villa. It has all the amenities you could need and is very close to the local supermarket, bars and restaurants. A short walk to the markets and not too far to get to the centre of Playa Blanca either. Best communication with Alexis and his team - We would recommend it.

Nice Villa in a nice location

Tidy Villa close to small number of shops and bars and a 25 minute pleasant walk to the marina. Second time we stayed in this group of Villas and we wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely spot-the elevated position gives it beautiful views. Eli was fantastic at sorting us out when we accidentally locked the key inside.

Alles in allem gut.

DerAufenthalt war gut. Der Vermieter hat auf Probleme direkt reagiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man mit lauten Nachbarn Probleme bekommen kann. Bei uns hat sich dies jedoch sehr in Grenzen gehalten.Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Alles war vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, elektr. Heizkörper, Bügeleisen, Fön.direkt gegenüber ist ein Hotel. Pool, Kinderbecken, Bolzplatz und Volleyballplatz sind direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Das Kindergeschrei war schon zu hören.In der Nähe gibt es ein Einkaufzentrum mit Supermarkt, Souvenirläden, Restaurants, Bars, Fahrradverleih.Zu den Papagayostränden ist es ein ca. 25 min. Fußmarsch. Der nähergelegene Strand ist nicht alzu groß aber ausreichend.Über die Strandpromenade gelangt man in 40 min. zum Yachthafen mit weiteren Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Wir waren im Januar dort außerhalb der Ferienzeiten. Wie es im Hochsommer mit Familien aussieht können wir nicht sagen.

unfortunately construction noise - Leider Baustellenlärm

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Der Pool war schön. Nur die Platten bei Nässe sehr rutschig. Die Stekdosen im Haus könnten mal kontrolliert werden. Die fallen teilweise aus der Wand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir würden auch wiederkommen, wenn die Baustelle (ca. 20 neue Apartments) in unmittelbarer Nähe nicht wäre. Wir hatten von 08:00 - 20:00 Uhr Lärm. Der Rückwärtswarner piepste den ganzen Tag. Dazwischen Hammer und Bohrerlärm. Wir hatten das unserem Vermieter gesagt. Er hat uns ein neues Apartment in ca. 20 m Entfernung zugewiesen. Hier war der Lärm nicht ganz so laut. Fairerweise sollte man im Inserat auf Baulärm hinweisen. Hätten wir das mit dem Lärm gewußt, hätten wir sicher nicht dort gebucht. Schade, es wäre ein schöner Urlaub geworden. Der Strand (ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg) war super. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wenn man das Apartment buchen will, sollte man fragen, ob die Baustelle noch besteht.

Durchgängig Baulärm von 7 - 7

Großbaustelle mit umfassenden Betonarbeiten auf der anderen Straßenseite. Etwas erhöht, sodaß man alles gut mitbekommt. Und das obwohl wir ausdrücklich eine ruhige Lage wünschten und nicht direkt am Einkaufszentrum. Schlüsselübergabe unbefriedigend, da mitgeteilter KeyCode falsch und Notruf-TelefonNr. nicht erreichbar. Kommt nach Flug mit 2-stündiger Verspätung besonders gut an. Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung stark beschädigt und unansehlich. In der Wohnung selber einige Problemstellen: Stark wackelnder Wasserhahn, schleifende Zimmertüren, stark überhitze Pfannen, die kaum mehr verwendet werden können. Ein Bett stand auf 3 Beinen, das 4. war nur darunter gestellt. Die Matrazen billig und schlecht. Nach Reklamation wurden Kleinigkeiten abgestellt. Hätten man jedoch vor der Vermietung bemerken müssen!!! Alle Fenster haben einen "persönliche" Eigenheit, damit sie geschlossen werden können: Mal anheben, dann wieder leicht öffnen, ziehen usw. Poolwasser machte keinen vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck. Nach Rückfrage erklärte man, dass das Wasser in den ganzen Jahren noch NIE gewechselt wurde, es würde einen Auffüllen und die Chlorbehandlung ausreichen. Die Argumentation der Vermietungsagentur ist frech: Wir hätten ja kein Appartement am EKZ gewünscht, daher würden wir mehr vom Baulärm mitbekommen. Wir hatten eine ruhige Lage gewünscht!!! Eine Preisreduktion wurde strikt abgelehnt, obwohl es hier internationale Richtlinien gibt. An dieser Wohnung wird zu wenig getan, Baulärm wird als Nebenwirkung eines aufstrebenden und wachsenden Ortes abgetan. Der Standard wäre für diesen Preis (1000,- / 1Woche Nebensaison) abgemessen.

A veces hay personas muy injustas, que piensan que han alquilado una villa de super lujo y exigen todo y mas. Dicha villa tenia pequeños desperfectos, que al dia siguiente se solucionaron, algo que fue imposible de ver el mismo dia, ya que tuvimos una salida y entrada, y tuvimos que correr porque dicho cliente queria entrar temprano. El resto de cosas que comentas, es ya pasarse de la realidad y tener ganas de protestar. Hay un dicho: si a usted no le gusta la cerveza, dejela! pero no se la beba y reclame cuando este el vaso vacio

Pasamos unos días estupendos,el alojamiento cómodo,limpio, ordenado con todo lo necesario (el secador no funcionaba muy bien peroe e solo de menos) cerca de unas playas estupendas, zona comercial, y del paseo marítimo. Facilidad para aparcar,un jardín amplio y la piscina genial.Buscábamos tranquilidad y la encontranos,recomendaremos la zona.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liegt in einer schönen Nachbarschaft. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Über den Berg kommt man fußläufig zu wunderschönen Stränden! 2 Glühbirnen waren kaputt und sie wurden sofort ausgewechselt.
