Annslea Garden Cottage

This cosy garden cottage has two en-suite bedrooms and is ideal for two to four guests. It is only a few minutes level walk to the town centre. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Off street parking for two cars.
Annslea Garden Cottage, is situated in the grounds of Annslea Guest House.

The cottage consists of, a lounge, well equipped kitchen one double en-suite bedroom and one twin en-suite bedroom, both of which have a bath with a shower over it.

The cottage is ideal for parties of four people travelling together.
With its location within a short stroll of the centre of Pitlochry and its shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs, as well as the The Pitlochry Dam and Fish ladder, and Festival Theatre, Annslea Garden Cottage is superbly situated.

There is ample private secure parking beside the cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The cottage was thoughtfully equipped, comfortable, clean and met our needs very well. It is ideally located to walk from the door to town, theatre, bakery and train station. We saw a red squirrel in the garden and heard an owl which we enjoyed. Happily visit again.

This cute little cottage had everything you could want during your stay in Pitlochry! The hosts were attentive and available and we cmcoukd easily walk to town. Would truly recommend!

Pitlochry is a lovely town with good restaurants and fabulous walks, the cottage is in a great location very quiet. The hosts are friendly and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend it.

A lovely cottage in a great location.

It was great to have a comfortable sitting room as well as two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped too and everything was spotlessly clean. We were visiting Pitlochry for the theatre productions and the cottage was a perfect base.

We spent a most enjoyable week in Annslea Cottage which is ideally situated for walking into Pitlochry. Parking was easy and the outside seating area was just right for relaxing. The cottage is well equipped and having such friendly owners near at hand was very helpful.

This was a perfect place to spend our anniversary, to relax and enjoy the wonderful environment.

We loved the informality and the environment of the cottage. The cottage has everything that you could want or need for your stay. The garden is very tranquil.. We also loved the warmth and friendliness of the hosts. The town is only a few minutes walk away and there is easy access by road or rail to visit various attractions. It is a lovely place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Garden Cottage. It was very clean and comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. The rooms were a good size (particularly the double room) and having two bathrooms was a real advantage - even for just two of us! Gerry and Karen were welcoming and friendly.

A lovely wee quiet and secluded cottage a very short walk from the town centre. It was the perfect base for us to explore the area and also to relax when we got back.

Great property, great location and great hosts

Located about 200 metres from the centre of Pitlochry this well furnished small cottage with en suite for both bedrooms suited our stay. It was a short drive to the A9 and access to beautiful country side. I would recommend this peaceful location, that was enhanced by the daily visit by a red squirrel. I would book again
