the best part about this property is how close it was to all the attractions of the area. It was ugly winter when we went - so we weren't in to the view of the mountains - so we appreciated the convenience to pigeon forge!

Couches were broken , mattresses on all bed are HORRIBLE , and there are squirrels on the attic !

Not good , broken couches , actufutona not couches for living room and both are broken and very uncomfortable! Mattresses need replacing , they are cheap and worn out .

It was a nice place but not real clean and the kitchen is really small so there wasn't storage space for the food. Mattresses were really nice. No view to speak of (cabins on 3 sides, and uncut trees in the back which should have been cut down so you could maybe see the valley below at least). Location was good.

Okay experience

I was most unhappy about the location and size of the swimming pool. I honestly thought it was located within walking distance from our cabin... wrong 15 min drive plus very small. Also according to maintenance man, ac broke on Friday before our check in and was temp fixed. needless to say he made two trips to our cabin to temp fix it again. The cabin was nice and clean and accommodating to 10 adults and four teenagers

Nice place to stay. We had issues with our air conditioner and maintenance was there to fix it. However we noticed on our last night that a popping noise we had heard through out the week was actually the air conditioner. Probably needs to be checked out.

We've stay in Pigeon Forge for the last 5 years. This was the most convenient cabin we have ever stated in. It was close to everything. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. Any issue we had were handled right away. Will consider stay there next year

A cabin with 5 bedrooms should have more living space.

The living space for that many people was too small. The kitchen could only hold one person at a time. The internet was useless, the speed was very slow. Many of the windows were dirty. There was no space to house food, such as cereal, salt and pepper etc., instead we had to use all of the counter space for those things. One of the positive things was that it was close to the parkway. Also, with a large group of people a second garbage can outside would have been useful, we had to call twice within 4 days for pickups.

We had such a great time. The cabin was nice and clean and in a great location. Equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. We stayed in ER15- A bears life, after two cabin switches. The change process was hassle free. Will definitely stay again!!

This was truly an awesome experience. The cabin and amenities were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property. The location was convenient to all of the sightseeing. The cabin was well maintained and included everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay.
