Beautiful apartment located in a privileged area of the pedestrian promenade of Puerto de Pollença, right in front of the sea, with fantastic views, and just a few metres away from the emblematic hotel and restaurant Illa d'Or.



The apartment has two terraces. The front terrace has a covered part where there is an outdoor dining area. The other part of it covers the entire front of the building, from where the views are outstanding. On the other hand, the terrace at the back of the building is an ideal place to store the suitcases or park the bicycles, or simply enjoy the last rays of sunshine at the end of the day. Next to this terrace is the washing machine and clothesline.



This apartment is part of what used to be a large manor house and has managed to retain its traditional charm and character, yet adding all the comforts necessary for a modern lifestyle. It consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds. Two additional single beds are available for groups of eight people. There are also three bathrooms with shower, all recently renovated.



The living/dining room is spacious and bright, with exit to the terrace facing the sea and also direct access to the pedestrian promenade and the small beach in front. It has two sofas, ornamental fireplace, television and a large glass dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully renovated and well equipped.



This flat is the perfect choice for a quiet and relaxing holiday in front of the sea with many leisure and cultural possibilities within easy reach.

Good sized apartment in the quiet part of town

Superb apartment that was perfect for our short cycling trip to Mallorca. It's a nice walk into town along the Pine Walk, but not too far.

Beautiful view

The view from the balcony is lovely, we spent nearly all of our time at the apartment sitting there. The beds were a little hard but I think this is usual for Mallorca! The apartment had everything we needed and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and very well appointed apartment with the most amazing terrace with stunning views. Spotlessly clean and perfect location. Only negative comment is the smell of the drains in the rear en suite which pervades into the bedroom.

You have made a wonderful job with the en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom it really adds to the house hopefully the other bathroom gets the same refurbishment soon The fridge is in need of replacing as shelves are loose but this is an excellent apartment so much so we have already booked for 2 weeks next year we just love it and hopefully the refurbishment will continue Andrew Millar Fridge Shared bathroom needs updating Bed in main bedroom squeaks any time you move

Perfect holiday with our family

Lovely apartment located in the best possible spot along the famous Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa. Lovely and quiet, and just a15 minute stroll to the many and varied restaurants in the heart of the resort. Some small beaches literally a few steps away, perfect and safe for little ones. Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough, five stars from us :-)
