A delightful and thoughtfully curated stay for guests wanting the best that Épernay us to offer!

We enjoyed the lovely studio that was clean, quiet, and well assembled for travelers. Being able to cook meals for ourselves between enjoying local restaurants and having a cozy bed were huge “pluses” for us!

Stylish accommodation with all we needed for a good price

Loved staying in Maia - a beautifully stylish place with all we needed for a short break. Less than ten minutes walk from the station, in a quiet location but close to the shops, bakeries, a supermarket, and all one could need, and five minutes from the Avenue de Champagne. A perfect place to stay and we would definitely return.

Comfortable central air conditioned refuge from the heat

Convenient for the town centre and Avenue de Champagne. Very clean and well equipped loft one bedroom apartment. Efficient and very necessary air conditioning. Pascale was helpful and friendly. The 45 steps up to the apartment were an issue for us in our late 70’s. There is no lift.

Stylish, well positioned apartment

The layout of the property was well thought out, creating a really easy living space. Everything you need is designed into to apartment as well as little touches - such as a pen in the drawer and just the right amount of tea bags. The owner has clearly travelled herself, and the thoughtful finishes shows this perfectly.

Fabulous base for us to explore Epernay. Chic, comfortable and cosy it was lovely to come back to after a day's sightseeing. Pascale was a very helpful host and communication was very smooth. We would absolutely stay again.

It was an incredible stay!

Owner is very helpful and greets you at the door. They explain everything in detail. The cave is wonderful to host small events. Everything is very clean and spacious. Recently updated with great style. Location is perfect for Champagne tasting all around and plenty of great restaurants within 5 min walk. I’d stay here again anytime.

Perfect licayion of a nearly perfect apartment

Location is great and apartment is great my only concern is I didn’t notice a fire extinguisher or emergency exit…..I in case of fire there is no escape because the apartment is in the attic….
