Accessible by stairs, located on the 2nd and top floor.

Welcome to Bubble 8, located in the heart of Epernay, the capital of Champagne, just a stone's throw from the famous Avenue de Champagne. Bubble 8 offers a luxury studio apartment in a 19th-century building that was completely renovated in 2017. Tastefully decorated, with all modern comforts.

Close to Bubble 8 you will find numerous restaurants, the SNCF train station and car parks. Ideal for business travellers or tourists coming to stay in the capital of Champagne.

Bubble 8 is an exceptional house in the heart of the town of Epernay, built in 1889, the year of the Universal Exhibition in Paris.

Our residence has a unique history, having housed the Chamber of Notaries of the Marne department for decades, hence the majestic entrance, beautiful high ceilings and remarkable architectural façade.

The residence was completely renovated in 2017 and transformed into a ‘special address’ for accommodation in Epernay. Whether for a business trip or a getaway in Champagne, Bubble 8 invites you to enjoy a unique experience.

Resolutely contemporary for the studios, but also delightfully classic for the apartment, with a loft feel for the top floor, we wanted Bubble 8, open to travellers from all over the world, to provide an intimate and delicate atmosphere.

When you stay at Bubble 8, you will enjoy a range of high-end services and facilities, as well as our availability. We are here to help make your stay a success, so please do not hesitate to ask us for anything. We want to offer you a warm and sincere welcome.

Loved staying in Maia - a beautifully stylish place with all we needed for a short break. Less than ten minutes walk from the station, in a quiet location but close to the shops, bakeries, a supermarket, and all one could need, and five minutes from the Avenue de Champagne. A perfect place to stay and we would definitely return.

The layout of the property was well thought out, creating a really easy living space. Everything you need is designed into to apartment as well as little touches - such as a pen in the drawer and just the right amount of tea bags. The owner has clearly travelled herself, and the thoughtful finishes shows this perfectly.

It was an incredible stay!

Owner is very helpful and greets you at the door. They explain everything in detail. The cave is wonderful to host small events. Everything is very clean and spacious. Recently updated with great style. Location is perfect for Champagne tasting all around and plenty of great restaurants within 5 min walk. I’d stay here again anytime.

Perfect licayion of a nearly perfect apartment

Location is great and apartment is great my only concern is I didn’t notice a fire extinguisher or emergency exit…..I in case of fire there is no escape because the apartment is in the attic….
