Inside the property, there is a swimming pool where guests can spend their holiday in complete relaxation.
The villa is located along the coastal road between San Pietro in Bevagna and Campomarino di Maruggio, on a private road just 50 metres from the sea, and enjoys complete tranquility.
The property can accommodate up to 6 people, featuring 3 bedrooms—2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds. Adjacent to the bedrooms are 2 bathrooms offering the utmost comfort.
In addition, there is a spacious veranda in front of the large living room, allowing guests to enjoy the pool and the expansive outdoor area with its variety of trees and plants characteristic of our region.

Wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Gastgeber empfangen. Uns wurde alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Die Gastgeber waren unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus liegt perfekt am Meer und nahe einem sehr leckerem Restaurant (fußläufig). Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Wunderbares Haus mit perfekten Gastgebern

Das Haus ist ganz neu, sehr gepflegt und schön ausgestattet. Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind wunderbar, wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer, das Wasser ist kristallklar. Und der Gastgeber Mimmo ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat uns einen perfekten Urlaub ermöglicht, vielen herzlichen Dank!!
