Bungalow Lennard at Salzhaff

View of the Salzhaff lagoon, located on the edge of the forest, newly renovated in 2025, private, large, covered terrace, fenced garden, free Wi-Fi, 1 parking space included. Flat-screen satellite TV, kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. All windows have electric exterior blinds and insect screens. Pets allowed on request; a deposit and a flat fee per pet per night will be charged. Bathroom with window and shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Non-smoking.

Holiday house near the beach with garden, terrace, and fireplace about 800 m from the natural beach, one of the most beautiful surfing and kite areas on the Baltic Sea. Water sports, restaurants, fish snacks and shops are nearby.

Bungalow:

The bungalow was extensively renovated and modernized in June 2020. All furniture is new and in top condition. They live on approx.45sqm. with open kitchens, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc., dining and living area, with 2 bedrooms each 2x 90x200cm, shower room (deep floor) + toilet + washing machine. Own large, covered terrace on a total area of 960 sqm

Occupancy: 1-4 people. Dogs are allowed and will be charged additionally.

WiFi is free in the Bungalow Park am Salzhaff.

Location of accommodation:

Klein Strömkendorf is located on the Baltic Bay Salzhaff, a protected part of the Wismar Bay, between the seaside resort of Rerik and the Baltic Sea island of Poel. The Hanseatic city of Wismar is 25 km from Kühlungsborn, 17 km from the property and Warnemünde is 36 km away.

Rostock is 36 km from the holiday complex and the nearest airport is Rostock-Laage Airport, which is 47 km from Bungalow Park.

Leisure time at the vacation spot:

In addition to the diverse water sports opportunities, the Mecklenburg Bay offers a variety of other sports and recreational opportunities. It is worth exploring the area on foot or by bike. The extensive range of leisure activities also offers varied vacation days, especially for families.

Beach and volleyball, rental of surf equipment (ideal surfing area) & boat rental can be booked on site at the local surf school at the campsite.

The property is located on the edge of the Baltic Sea Manor Am Salzhaff and adjoins our Bungalow Park. The bar / restaurant, events and leisure activities of the manor house can also be used for guests of our facility after registration.

Der Start war sehr schwierig weil die Vermieterin uns keinen Schlüsselcode mitgeteilt hat und auch nicht erreichbar war. Durch den guten Willen einer Mitarbeiterin kamen wir doch noch in den Bungalow. Der Garten war nicht gepflegt.

Am besten woanders buchen!Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war eine Katastrophe. Wir bekamen ca eine Woche vor Reiseneginn eine Info per Mail, dass der Schlüssel am Gutshaus abzuholen sei. Am Tag der Anreise hatten wir leider eine Autopanne, sodass ich beim Gutshaus angerufen habe, um Bescheid zu sagen, dass wir die vorgegebene Ankunftszeit nicht schaffen werden. Zu unserer Überraschung wurde uns dort telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass das gar nicht (mehr) so gehandhandhabt wird. Also habe ich die Vermieterin direkt kontaktiert, die mir mitgeteilte, dass es einen Schlüsseltresor gäbe und dieser jederzeit geöfffnet werden könne. Durch unsere Panne kamen wir gegen 23.30 Uhr an. Was war im Schlüsseltesor? Nichts. Um diese Zeit war natürlich keiner mehr zu erreichen. Trotzdem haben wir eine Nachricht auf der Mailbox hinterlassen. Da wir ein kleines Kind haben, mussten wir uns nachts ein Hotel organisieren. Ist übrigens gar nicht so einfach, am Ende sind wir nachts noch nach Wismar gefahren.Am nächsten Tag ging es weiter. Die Vermieterin war nicht zu erreichen. Weder telefonisch noch per Mail. Keine Antwort. Stattdessen hatte ich mit der Dame vom Gutshaus telefoniert, die die Reinigungskraft kennt und den Schlüssel in den Schlüsseltresor getan hat. So konnten wir wenigstens in unsere bereits bezahlte Unterkunft. Bis heute haben wir nichts von der Vermieterin gehört und haben Hotelkosten trotz gebuchter Unterkunft.

Einfach nur perfekt!

Wir hatten traumhafte Tage im Bungalow Cordula. Bei der Größe des Hauses konnte man sich nicht vorstellen das alles so gut gestaltet ist. Ob Fußbodenheizung oder Klimaanlage alles vorhanden. Die überdachte Terrasse mit eingezäunten Garten Super. Schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter bei Rückfragen.

Sehr schöner mit liebe eingerichtet Bungalow. Gartenanlage wunderschön. Da wir mit unserem Enkelkind verreist waren ist der tolle Spielplatz auch sehr gut angekommen 😆 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Am besten nur ohne Hunde und für Menschen die auf allen Matratzen liegen können

Wir sind mit unseren 4-beinern angereist. Die Kaution, welche zu hinterlegen ist bekommt man i.d.R. nicht wieder, weil irgendetwas gesucht wird, um diese zurückzuhalten. Selbst aus Freundlichkeit (was man ja nicht machen muss! wird es einem trotzdem negativ ausgelegt),sollte man anscheinend die Betten nicht abziehen und die benutzten Handtücher auf den Boden oder Dusche schmeißen. Trotz der Endreinigungsgebühr habe ich zuvor gesaugt und das wird anscheinend so gar nicht wahrgenommen-schade! Dafür hätte ich mehr Transparenz und Toleranz erwartet! Das Doppelbett ist eine Katastrophe. Nur wer Seetauglich ist kann das Bett benutzen. Grundstück und die Größe ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung-man kommt für den Aufenthalt über die Runden. Ich/Wir buchen es nicht wieder. Für diesen Preis gibt es bei weitem etwas besseres, eine bessere Ausstattung und mehr Offenheit, Transparenz usw. (wie oben beschrieben). Das Bett ist definitiv nicht für Wirbelsäulenerkrankung oder für Menschen mit Schwindel geeignet!
