Good location for Tube

Very tired and damaged furniture and fittings which was very unlike the photos on VRBO. Dirty toilet! No throws on beds. No baking sheets, foil etc. No oven gloves. Sofa not comfortable as sofa let alone bed. No response from VRBO. Good location for local shops and tube. Showers worked well. Not particularly noisy location. Advertised as executive apartment. It's basic and ok for somewhere to get your head down, but not comfy. Wouldn't go back. Also wouldn't use VRBO again.
