The house has two floors in which five double bedrooms and three bathrooms are distributed.

Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, two other bedrooms each have a trundle bed and the fifth bedroom has a bunk bed. For its part, of the three bathrooms, one has a bathtub and the other two have a shower.

The house is completed with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher.

The house is heated by means of air conditioning with heat pump and also has Wi-Fi connection by means of a modem, so data consumption is limited.

In addition to a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, outside you can enjoy a porch in which to celebrate a delicious outdoor lunch.

Very nice holiday rental in Benalmadena!

Everything was as proposed. Clean, simple bedrooms. Everything worked fine in all 3 bathrooms. Just a short 8 minute walk to the beach. Owner representatives responded quickly to our questions. WiFi, AC and kitchen appliances all worked perfectly. Owners quickly replaced the toaster when we mentioned that the one that was there was defective. We were pleased to find that there were 3 beach umbrellas and beach towels that we could use. Very nice convenience for travellers! All told this was a very nice rental and we were happy to be able to have are entire family stay with us on this vacation. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for this type of rental in Benalmadena.

Todo fue perfecto porque además los propietarios fueron muy amables y atentos. La casa estaba muy limpia y muy cerca de todo. En fin, que no tengo nada negativo que decir. Totalmente recomendable.

Das Haus ist unglaublich. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber gleichzeitig können Sie sich in etwa 10 Minuten am Strand niederlassen. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett zu uns und die Behandlung war ausgezeichnet. Wir waren eine Gruppe und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Idealer Ort, um sich auszuruhen und ein paar Tage mit der Familie zu genießen. Wir fanden die Geräumigkeit der Zimmer und die Klimaanlage. Alles war perfekt, auch die Besitzer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr nah an alles. Jedenfalls habe ich nichts Negatives zu sagen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
