Wir hatten schon vor der Anreise wichtige Informationen zum Haus und Umgebung per WhatsApp vom sehr netten Vermieter bekommen. Sehr professionell und gut durchdacht. Leider können wir keine 5 Sterne geben, da im Inserat nichts vom großen Hotel direkt hinter Haus erwähnt wurde. Hier gab es fast jeden Abend zwischen 21 und 24 Uhr laute Musik (Gesang und Saxofon im Wechsel)

Villa is in a perfect location , walking distance to beautiful beaches , shops , restaurants and Alcúdia with stunning views, the information provide before our stay was excellent. Overall a perfect stay would 100% recommend. BBQ needs replacing as it was dirty wasn’t fit for purpose, which was a shame. The towel rails need fitting core toy and the seals in the bathroom need replacing especially on the 3rd floor.

Reageerde vrijwel direct. Bovenste etage is wel wat gehorig, waarschijnlijk omdat dit een terras is geweest en minder geïsoleerd is. Je hoorde het verkeer ‘s nachts voorbij rijden, zeker de scooters. Maar absoluut een aanrader. Ons kleinkind wilde het zwembad niet uit😜 Auto is wel nodig als je eropuit wil. Zeker voor de boodschappen. Er is wel een spar in de buurt, maar die is aan de prijzige kant. Verder geweldige vakantie gehad!! Bedankt!!

Fabulous property in a great location. Brilliant hosts.

Every year I scour the internet looking for a family villa that has everything we need - large rooms, aircon, pool, wifi, close to beach, close to shops, close to bars and restaurants; and there is usually a compromise, but not with this one. Great property, very close to a small beach, ideal for snorkelling. Very close to a beachfront bar (stops serving at 7pm so no late night noise). Very close to a mini-market (we also hired cars from here). Very close to two great restaurants (Alcanada 35 was our favourite). Plenty of space for parking. Huge garage if you bring/hire bikes. Lovely beachfront walk in either direction. 25 minute walk to the harbour. A further 10 minutes for Alcudia beach (or 7-10 minutes on the bike). We hired cars because it was so hot this August (33 degrees all day, every day) ordinarily we would have done more walking/cycling. The owners, Javier and Juan, were amazing, as were their agents (Pep from Home Villas 360). Nothing was too much trouble and they responded very quickly via WhatsApp. We rarely return to the same place twice (too much of the world still left to explore) but we would definitely come back to Alcanada again. Thanks Pep, Javier and Juan!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Die Räume sind groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Von den Zimmern und der Terrasse aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Der Check in funktionierte über eine Schlüsselbox, und passte so perfekt zu unserer Anreisezeit. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, bei dem man für das Frühstück einkaufen kann. Außerdem ist man in 3 min zu Fuß am Strand.

Lovely large house with beautiful views. A Spar and very nice restaurant within walking distance and a 5 min car trip takes you to Alcudia port with all the amenities you need. We spent a lovely week here that was perfect for a family of 4.Communication with the owners was second to none.
