Paris is a beautiful house with a special charm in a quiet area just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina.
It is a charming house with lots of light, equipped for 6 people. In the house you will find two large terraces, one on the roof, where you can enjoy relaxing moments on the 3 loungers. Another large terrace is located in the typical Mallorca patio of the house and is equipped with a table with 6 chairs and a barbecue.
There is a spacious living room and dining room with comfortable armchairs, as well as a large wooden table for 6 people and a large television. The kitchen, which will be completely renovated starting in the spring of 2025, is fully equipped, with oven and dishwasher, among others. The beds in the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses. There are two double bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with bunk beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower next to the rooms and another renovated bathroom with a shower on the ground floor terrace starting in 2025.
The living room and two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The bunk bed room is connected through a curtain to a double bedroom and, therefore, can be cooled. Additionally, it has a ceiling fan. There is WiFi and two televisions: a Smart TV in the living room and another in the double bedroom.
The holiday home is located in Son Serra de Marina, a town known for its large beach and coastal area. The town has excellent restaurants where you can enjoy meals near the beach and feel the sea breeze. Enjoy the pleasure of walking on the sand of the incredible Son Serra beach. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to enjoy nature and, of course, the sea. If you want a sun and sea vacation, this is your accommodation.
