This beautiful house is located in Son Serra Marina, a very quiet coastal area away from tourist agglomerations. The accommodation, very spacious and well equipped, has everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. In addition, it has a garden and a large terrace perfect to spend time outdoors and enjoy the climate of the island.



Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet coastal urbanization away from the big tourist agglomerations. Its kilometric beach, practically unspoilt, is one of the best in Mallorca. There you will also find some restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, it is only 15 minutes by car from the tourist area of Can Picafort or the town of Artà.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the house has hot / cold air conditioning units in all the bedrooms. For the other rooms you will find fans at your disposal.

Alles super angetroffen

Das Haus ist sehr schön, war super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Als wir nach einem Grill fragten, wurde uns ein paar Stunden später ein neuer Grill zur Verfügung gestellt. Da wir eine frühe Maschine hatten, konnten wir ein paar Stunden früher einchecken. Das fanden wir prima. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hat uns der Inhalt des Kühlschrankes erfreut (Bier, Wasser, Saft, Obst...) Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder!

Hier kann man vom Alltag abschalten

Uns erwartete ein sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit geschmackvoller mallorquinischer Einrichtung und allen wichtigen Dingen für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Wir würden mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank und einer großen Obstschüssel begrüßt. Die Kommunikation und der Check in verliefen problemlos. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Perfektes Haus für Oma, Opa, Kinder und Enkelkinder

In unmittelbarer Nähe zum genialen Sand- und Familienstrand in Son Serra de Marina finden Sie in diesem Haus alles auf einer Geschoßebene, was zu einem Wohlfühlurlaub gehört. Großzügige Raumaufteilung, sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Einrichtung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die sympathischen Eigentümer sind bei einem Einrichtungsproblem in Minuten zur Stelle, um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Die Begrüßung mit frischem Obst auf dem Tisch und kaltem Bier / Getränke im Kühlschrank machen die Sache perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

ruhiges und schönes Haus in unserem Lieblingsort

Das Haus ist sehr schön, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, und die Übergabe war absolut unkompliziert. Wir waren schon oft in Son Serra und dieses Haus war im Vergleich besonders ruhig. Praktisch ist auch, dass der Supermarkt um die Ecke ist. Das Haus ist individuell eingerichtet.
