Villa Calma is an elegant detached-villa with a private pool and a beautiful garden with lawn, located in the peaceful urbanisation of Son Serra Nova, in the north of Mallorca, right in the bay of Alcúdia. It has four double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) for your comfort. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, one has two single beds. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is on the upper floor.

The exterior is a true oasis of relaxation: a furnished porch for al fresco dining, a private saltwater pool (4x8m) with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.80m, and a spacious 14x4.5m terrace, perfect for sunbathing. The well-kept, accessible garden is ideal for families seeking comfort and space.
