About this accommodation

The accommodation

The Bahia Vista apartment is located on the seventh floor (with elevator) on the first line of Can Picafort beach. From the huge roof terrace, which is exclusively available to you, you can enjoy a spectacular view over the entire Bay of Alcudia. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available.Two of the bedrooms are double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. A third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for 2 children, so that a total of up to 5 people, as well as a baby in a cot, can be accommodated there. The apartment is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

The beautiful sandy beach of Can Picafort is at your feet, and the numerous restaurants, bars and diverse shopping opportunities are just a few steps away.The perfect home for a beach holiday with wonderful evenings on the roof terrace, from where you can gaze out over the sea and the Bay of Alcudia and let your soul unwind!

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Bahia Vista - Famalam

Great location, near lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Lovely beach, awesome views from the large balcony, where there is ample room to sunbathe and eat. The only downside was the bedrooms do not have aircon (only the living room).

The terrace is the best, the rest has room to improve

After two days of getting fresh air into the apartment and cleaning the various sinks in the bathrooms with pipe cleaner, we got the smell out of this apartment. The first impression, however, was an apartment door whose closing mechanism does not work properly. And the underground parking can not be used, so you have to find a parking in the streets which, already during shoulder season, can be a big problem. There is only one aircon unit in the apartment, so the bedrooms, as cold they are in winter, will turn hot and sticky in summer. The top drawer in the dishwasher is broken. Terrace and views are ok, but given the state of the place, the price is much too high. Will for sure not come back to this place. Pictures of this apartment are highly photoshopped.

Apartment mit toller Lage

Empfangen wurden wir von der Eigentümerin, Maria, welche uns sehr liebenswürdig empfangen und alle Details erklärt hat. Zur Begrüssung hat sie uns sogar Kuchen und Empanadas hingestellt und bei der Verabschiedung unserem Sohn Spielsachen geschenkt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Tage am Strand und die Aussicht einfach umwerfend. Die zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäfte liegen in direkter Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Traumhafte Unterkunft!

Die bisher schönste Unterkunft, die wir jemals hatten. Wir lieben Can Picafort. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kleider sowie Supermarkt) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Am Abend kann man den Ausgang geniessen. (Man braucht somit nicht ein zusätzliches Auto zu mieten). Tägliche Livemusik in den Restaurants. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief perfekt. Sehr nette Hausbesitzerin. (Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eventuell könnten die Bratpfannen ausgewechselt werden). Vielen vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Schönes Apartment in top Lage

Eins vorneweg: das Top-Feature ist offensichtlich die Lage. Wer ein Apartment mitten in einem Touristenort an einer stark belebten Strandpromenade bucht, darf nicht erwarten, dass es immer nur ruhig ist. Für Ruhesuchende ist Can Picafort grundsätzlich die falsche Adresse. Das Apartment selbst hält soweit was es verspricht. Natürlich sieht nicht mehr alles so neu und frisch aus wie auf den 10 Jahre alten Fotos. Aber grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung gepflegt und gut in Schuss und man findet so ziemlich alles, was man irgendwann brauchen könnte und noch mehr. Aus unserer Sicht können wir das teils “stark abgewohnte” nicht nachvollziehen, nur die Bäder brauchen bald mal eine kleine Renovierung. Auch schade, dass es weder Schirm noch Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse gibt, aber da hat der Wind schon diverse Ansätze zerstört und es soll bald eine neue Lösung geben.

Winter Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt im 7. Stock mit Aufzug was von dem Ausblick super ist. Auch der Platz auf der Terrasse ist sehr großzügig. Der Platz in der Wohnung mit den beiden großen Schlafzimmern ist auch ausreichend. Die Übergabe klappte dank der netten Besitzerin Maria trotz Ankunft um 23:00 Uhr sehr gut. Was uns an der Wohnung nicht gefallen hat war die Einrichtung die schon sehr abgenutzt und alt ist. Hier müsste dringend investiert und erneuert werden! Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war, dass die Betten mit einer Wolldecke abgedeckt war und das Zudeck nicht mal bezogen war. Leider fanden wir auch keine Bettwäsche. Wir hofften darauf, dass diese wenigstens gewaschen waren. Aber das stelle ich mir bei einer Reinigungspauschale von 120 Euro schon ganz anders vor. Auch die Bilder der Schlafzimmer stimmen von den Betten leider in keinsterweise. Wie gesagt, ähnlich einer Herberge. Daher würden wir so leider hier trotz der tollen Aussicht nicht mehr buchen.

A week in the sun

We all enjoyed our stay in this appartment on the 7th floor. There was always shadow to find somewhere on the big terrace. Staying so close to the sea was fantastic and inspired us to take several swims a day. Our hostess met us with some bakeries and water. 😊 Can Picafort is a nice holiday village. If you want to see more, there are buses to Alcudia and boat trips you can book. I’ve read about complaints of loud music, but that didn’t bother us. The restaurant next door offered live music most nights, which we enjoyed, and they end around midnight. Bring earplugs if sounds bother you. The only thing we lacked, was more water pressure in the showers. We recommend it! Agneta Mats Monica Lasse

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage und mit super Aussicht. Wir waren in den Pfingstferien in der Wohnung, da aber coronabedingt noch viele Bars und Lokale geschlossen waren, war es immer sehr ruhig. Dies kann aber in der Hauptsaison ohne Corona durchaus anders sein. Für uns (vier Erwachsene) war alles wirklich perfekt. Die wirklich große Terrasse ist mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten perfekt ausgestattet, und lädt zum Sonnenbaden und Essen zu allen Tageszeiten ein. Der Blick auf das Meer immer inklusive. Die Wohnung selbst, im 7. Stock (mit Aufzug) ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sollte es uns nochmal nach Mallorca verschlagen, würden wir gerne wieder hierher kommen.

Traumhafte Lage mit kleinen Schwächen

Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt, ich konnte zwei Stunden früher rein. Maria ist eine sehr nette Person und sie hat die Wohnung perfekt vorbereitet. Zur Wohnung selbst: super ist das Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Was gar nicht geht ist die Kaffeemaschine. Man muss ständig auf dem Knopf bleiben, sonst geht sie mitten im Betrieb einfach aus. Da wären 20€ für eine neue keine Fehlinvestition. Die Musik der Gastrobetriebe hat uns nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, zweimal wurden wir dadurch inspiriert, nochmal nach unten zu gehen und den Klängen direkt zu lauschen :-) Parken war sehr schwierig, jeden Tag eine elendig lange Suche. Gesamt war ich aber zufrieden, bei mir kam ein bisschen das Gefühl auf, ich würde dort wohnen.

Super Apartment mit tollem Blick

Wir waren im Juli mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in dem Apartment. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Can Picafort, mit Supermärkten, Restaurants und Bars direkt in der Nähe. Man kann ohne überqueren einer Straße von der Wohnung direkt zum Strand laufen. Einen Parkplatz konnte man trotz Hauptferienzeit immer finden, teilweise nach kurzer Suche. Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung und die Betten waren sauber und es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Nur der Sonnenschirm fehlte, da dieser von Urlaubern offenbar nicht immer geschlossen wurde und teilweise auf der Promenade landete. Wenn man den Tisch umstellt, kann man aber auf der Terrasse immer einen Schattenplatz finden. Überhaupt ist die Terrasse super und erheblich größer, als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Das Geländer ist so hoch, dass man sich auch um die Kinder keine Sorgen machen muss. Im 7. Stock wehte auch immer ein kleiner Wind, sodass es sich auch bei hohen Temperaturen nicht zu heiß anfühlte. Was man wissen muss ist, dass man sich im Zentrum des Ortes befindet. Die Bar im Gebäude nebenan hat jeden Abend Live-Musik bis ca. 24h, die man auch im 7. Stock hört. Uns hat es weniger gestört, weil wir länger draußen saßen. Manchen mag das anders gehen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. P.S.: Was im Inventar der Wohnung noch ergänzt werden könnte wäre ein kleines CD-Radio, da der DVD Player bei uns nicht alle Kinder CDs erkannt hat. Zudem muss man dann nicht TV und DVD Player anmachen, wenn die Kinder (oder Erwachsenen :)) CD hören möchten.
