The apartment is on the corner having windows on both streets, being very bright. Pleasant and comfortable, perfect to spend an excellent vacation and enjoy the beach that is about 100 meters away. Located in an exceptional site since it has everything you need without taking a car. In a radius of 150 m we can find bus stop, supermarket, souvenirs, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, beach, gas station, etc ... It is a central and quiet place. The apartment has two well-equipped rooms with their air conditioners and heat pump. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook any appetizing dish. Nice bathroom with shower. Equipped and comfortable living room. All recently renovated and new. Mandatory electricity (0.25 euros kw) You look at the meter at the entrance and at the exit its consumption is paid. Attention: at the entrance, 2 euros will be paid per person over 16 years of age and night as payment of ECOTASA (compulsory tax).

We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did not. Very squeaky doors - just need some WD40. There is a washing machine - but no dryer. You pay for the electricity you use, so take a picture of the meter on the way in and out.
