The space
The property is the ideal accommodation to build long-lasting memories with your family. Its decoration has been coordinated with comfort in mind to make our guests feel at home.
The ground level features 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a fantastic ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third room has a single bed. These last rooms share a coquettish bathroom with a walk-in shower. There’s an independent toilet next to the lounge area.
An additional bunk bed can be found in the basement which is suitable for children up to 14 years of age.
The property’s distribution has an open-plan living/ dining area with a well-equipped kitchen that enhances the area’s appeal.
The terrace area is the most charming part of the property as it invites you to enjoy the panoramic views of the bay. This part features a fabulous terrace with sun beds, a dining table, sofas, a barbecue and an outdoor shower for the adventurous!
Whether you choose to spend the day at the beach or at home, we’ve thought about every detail that could improve your stay! A centralised cooling and heating system, free Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment, a bicycle storage room, washing machine…

The area
Son Serra is a beloved area for nature lovers. Although commercial hotels can’t be found because it is a protected area, here lies its magic.
What to do
This charming coastal town is home to the most majestic unexploited beaches on the island. It is also a popular spot for surf enthusiasts.
Everything is within walking distance. The property’s location is centric and at close distance to the beach. The coastline stretches from Alcudia to Cap Farrutx and during the winter season, gigantic waves can be enjoyed.
There’s a nature reserve called “Son Real” and a wildlife sanctuary called “S’Albufera”.
Palma airport is 1 hour away.
Many cosy and coquettish restaurants in the area offer local delicacies. Don’t forget to give them a try!

Check-out
Check-in takes place on the day of arrival from 3 pm and check-out takes place on the day of departure at 10 am. If you need to delay or advance your arrival/departure, please make your request at the time of booking. It might only sometimes be possible, but we will try our best to help you.
Please note that if you arrive at the property after 9 pm, a late check-in fee of €50 will be applied and can be paid in cash on arrival.
Additional Information
We request information about your flight number, arrival time and day of departure to schedule your reception and departure.

Tourist tax
Since July 1st 2016, the Tax for Sustainable Tourism has been levied on all overnight stays in tourist accommodations on the Balearic Islands.Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.Thistax IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION.
Property Rules
Waste must be discarded before departure otherwise an additional €50 will be charged.
Inside the house there is a card to deposit the garbage at the nearest Green Point. If you lose this card, an additional €50 will be charged.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
This accommodation is not adapted for guests with disabilities.
