The villa includes 3 modern bathrooms with showers. The open-plan living area of more than 60 m² is bright and welcoming, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals to enjoy on the terrace overlooking the sea. Outside, there is a 10 x 4 metre swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean climate, only 10 metres from the shoreline.



Located in the quiet village of Betlem in the Artà region, Villa Chiroy offers convenient access to some of the island’s most natural beaches. Es Caló de Betlem, a small cove with clear waters, is only 200 metres away and ideal for a relaxing day by the sea. A short drive leads to Son Serra de Marina bay, known for its wide sandy beach and beachfront café. The nearby village of Colònia de Sant Pere, just 4.5 km away, offers a variety of restaurants serving local cuisine.

Great from start to finish.

Our stay at this Betlem villa was great from start to finish. The home is as pictured - bright and clean, with four comfortable bedrooms that worked perfectly for our group. We loved waking up to the mountain and sea views, walks by the coast and spending afternoons by the pool. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the Wi-Fi is reliable and the outdoor areas are ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco. The area is very quiet, not a lot of restaurants nearby but if you have a car, it’s no problem. Lots of beaches within a short walking and driving distance. Check-in was easy, and communication with 5StarsHome / Lluc and Jaume was great. Highly recommend!

Sehr gerne noch einmal!

Tolles Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern, der Blick ist unglaublich schön, der Strand direkt vor der Tür und auch eine kleine Badebucht. Am Haus zu bleiben, anstatt an überfüllte Strände zu gehen, war für uns eine wundervolle Lösung. Das Baden in der kleinen Bucht vor der Tür war besonders schön freundliche Vermieter, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren und sofort reagiert haben. Sehr gerne noch einmal!

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Die Location ist atemberaubend, 180 Grad Meeresblick im 1.Reihe. Das gibt es in keinem 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist qualitativ sehr gut u man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Auch das Service durch die Gastgeberin war sehr offen u entgegenkommend.

PERFEKT

Jeden Morgen mit Meerblick aufzuwachen war einfach traumhaft. Die Villa ist sehr hell, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie in einem luxuriösen Ferienhaus. Der Gastgeber war bei Fragen jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit.
