Casa Pinomar, located in the idyllic little fishing village in the bay of Alcudia in Mallorca, is a spacious villa with a Spanish ambience. The magical holiday home has three bedrooms, an additional romantic tower room with a sofa bed and a large, tasteful living room with dining area. The impressive roof terrace stretches across the entire house and offers a breathtaking view of the Bay of Alcudia and the mountains of the national park. The entire house is stylishly furnished with Mallorcan aspects, the fully equipped modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A salt water pool (with various Depths between 1. 0m to 1. 7m) and large steps for easy entry invites you to swim. WiFi is available.

Traumfinca in fantastischer Lage mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht

Wir haben schon oft Urlaub in Betlem / Colonia St. Pere gemacht. Diese ruhige, schöne und unaufgeregte Gegend ist ein Geheimtipp! Mit der Finca Pinomar haben wir jetzt unser Traumhaus dort gefunden! Der wunderschöne Meerblick vom Haus und die imposanten Berge des Naturparks Levant im Rücken, das alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der tolle Salzwasserpool bereitete großes Vergnügen. Auch die geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung waren überzeugend! Die guten Betten und eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, alles sehr angenehm. Eine engagierte Hausbetreuung vor Ort gab es auch. Insgesamt ein absolutes Tophaus! Der Vermieter hatte fairerweise vorher darauf hingewiesen, dass es zu Baulärm in der Umgebung kommen kann. Dieses ist leider auch geschehen. Der Besitzer hat sich uns gegenüber sehr korrekt und kulant verhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wieder buchen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Das Haus und die Betreung Vorort haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht ist wirklich einzigartig. Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig.
