Siamo soggiornati con mia moglie in questo grazioso appartamento ad inizio settembre. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto pulito e confortevole. Splendida terrazza vista mare che ci ha accompagnato in tante cenette. Sicuramente la consigliamo.

Accommodatie niet geheel volgens omschrijving en niet echt warm welkom

De contactpersoon sprak geen Engels waardoor de communicatie moeizaam verliep. Volgens Gianni moesten we naar een kerk komen om de contactpersoon te ontmoeten, een dag voor aankomst moesten wij hem bellen, echter telefonische communicatie was niet mogelijk. Via de app stuurde de contactpersoon ons naar een bepaalde straat en deze bleek achteraf in de buurt te liggen van het appartement; door taalprobleem ontstond miscommunicatie waardoor het enige tijd duurde voordat wij elkaar ontmoetten. Bij aankomst stonden de stoelen nog boven op de tafel. Wij hadden een lakenpakket en handdoeken besteld voor 3 (de laatste persoon was er later aan toegevoegd), echter we hadden maar 4 handdoeken (en 2 badjassen) en lakens voor een tweepersoonsbed. Later bracht de contactpersoon nog lakens voor de derde persoon en een extra badjas. Voor 3 personen 4 handdoeken (waarvan 2 kleine) wel erg weinig, na dit aangegeven te hebben ontvingen we extra handdoeken. Het appartement was goed schoon, maar verder vrij basic om je er welkom te voelen; er was nog geen rolletje toiletpapier. De helft van de tijd was er ook geen warm water. Ook was aangegeven dat het bestond uit 2 badkamers; echter wij hebben er maar 1 gezien. De tuingrill was te aangebrand om te gebruiken. Wij zouden niet meer van dit appartement gebruik maken. Sardinië is verder prachtig.

Buona posizione, proprietario gentile e disponibile

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone, dall'annuncio si capiva che la casa era disposta su due piani ed offriva 2 bagni, in realtà siamo stati sistemati nell'appartamento al piano superiore ma questo non è stato un problema poiché gli spazi sono ampi e ben tenuti. L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort, con un bel terrazzo in cui si può cenare ma anche pranzare visto che è totalmente all'ombra già a partire da mezzogiorno, e con una bella vista sul mare. Necessaria la macchina per spostarsi ma le spiagge più belle del golfo di Orosei distano al massimo 20-30 minuti. È un po' fuori dal centro e proprio per questo l'appartamento è tranquillo e silenzioso. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato suggerimenti su spiagge e ristoranti che si sono rivelati preziosi. Ci tornerei!
