Welcome to Chelston Dene Holiday Apartments. This elegant Victorian Villa, circa 1883, sits in its own spacious, beautifully tended, landscaped grounds in a quiet, peaceful area.

We welcome Singles, Couples, families with children of all ages and well behaved dogs/pets.

We are perfectly located; about 350 metres from the beach, local shops and buses while the English Riviera Leisure and Conference Centre, Torquay Harbour, the Princess Theatre and Cockington Village are just a short stroll away.
If you are travelling by train, the railway station is less than 5 minutes away.

• Each apartment at Chelston Dene is self contained, tastefully decorated and well equipped for your stay. All the rooms are checked and cleaned to the highest standard before you arrive.

BEDS -
• Apartments 1,5 & 6 have the option of a King size bed in the bedroom and the double wall bed in the living room or two single beds in the bedroom and a double wall bed.
Apartments 4,7 & 10 are studio apartments with double bed.
Apartments 2 has a king size bed.
Apartments 8 & 9 are studio with double wall bed.
• All the beds are ready made for your arrival.

• Living areas are comfortably furnished and have 32" TV's with Freeview and DVD players.
• All kitchens are complete with fridge, microwave and full size cooker. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
• Each apartment has its own shower room with hand basin, toilet and shaver facilities.

Like a home from home
We have been returning to the same studio apartment for nearly 20 years and we love it. The owners are friendly and the location is great, close enough to the main tourist area, with access to all of the main routes - we would recommend giving the car a rest and enjoy the beautiful countryside as you travel around Devon ... no need to look for or pay for parking, just catch the bus to where you want to be!

Lovely apartment in fabulous location
Very nice apartment with comfortable bed. Excellent kitchen facilities with everything you need, and very clean throughout. Stayed in apartment 10 and had a lovely view over the bay. Steve, the owner was very friendly and helpful and made check in very easy and everything has been put in place regarding the current coronavirus restrictions including sanitisers and deep cleaning. A thoroughly enjoyable stay with the location being only a short walk from the seafront.

We are Anne and Steve and purchased Chelston Dene after moving down from London.

Anne's parents were born in the area and she has fond memories of coming down by train when she was young to stay with Aunts and Uncles during the School Summer holidays.
We always spent our holidays in Devon and the surrounding area and loved it so much, decided to stay.

We have three children.
