The house accommodates 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the top floor and offers an impressive view over the rooftops to the bridge and the river. This bedroom, with its adjoining sitting room and bathroom, makes it a delightful retreat. The other two bedrooms are located on the third floor and share an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

The cosy open kitchen is fully equipped: 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils, cabinet with plates and cutlery. Dining table.

Living room with wood-burning stove: 2 sofas – coffee table – cabinet with TV – doors to the terrace.

HOME THEATER.
A film and TV room has been set up in the basement. Here, you can fully enjoy music or films on the large, comfortable recliner.

The spacious terrace in the heart of the village makes La Maison Rutland an excellent place to stay. The terrace is the perfect spot to read, enjoy a glass of wine, or have a barbecue with family or friends.

Roquebrun is a picturesque wine village in the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park. Built on a mountainside and surrounded by beautiful countryside through which the Orb River flows, it is one of the most beautiful villages in the region. In the village, every little street offers a beautiful view of the river and the old stone bridge that spans it. There’s a small beach where you can enjoy a swim. You can also rent a canoe, paddleboard, or pedal boat. The village has a local café, a pizzeria, a seafood restaurant, and several other dining options. In short, it’s an ideal place to spend your holiday.

Super location right in the middle of village. Extensive terrace excellent for bbq. It could improve with the provision of single beds in one of the rooms - it would offer greater flexibility for families.It also lacked a modern coffee machine with capsules or pods. We really missed having a good coffee in the morning.

UNE TRES BELLE LOCATION

Roquebrun est un très beau village, idéalement placé. La maison est située au coeur du village, et a beaucoup de charme. La grande terrasse est un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute profiter du calme de la région. Ne pas oublier de faire le petit parcours des senteurs (à deux pas de la maison) , le lieu est féerique, de jour mais encore plus de nuit avec un fond sonore incroyable :).

Family holiday

A very nice property, very spacious and well equipped with the added bonus of an excellent home movie cinema. The surrounding area had some pleasant cycle rides and nice restaurants. The only negative for us was occasional traffic noise (thus 3 star rating for location).

Heerlijk huis!

Met gemiddeld 38 graden waren we erg blij met de airco’s. Heerlijk gezwommen in de Orb, de cinema kelder was een succes bij onze zoon en vriendin. Lekker film kijken met fantastisch geluid. Winkeltje, terras en restaurants om de hoek. Een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Roquebrun village où séjourner

La maison Rutland est située au milieu d'un charment village, à proximité des commerces, restos et à 5mn à pied de la rivière. Vraiment parfait pour ne pas avoir à bouger en voiture. Pain et petit commerce à 2 mn et restos idem. Nous avons adoré cette belle région.
