The Mas du Roc Rouge is a haven of peace with ease. This family home, equipped with a swimming pool and in the heart of a property of several hectares, promises to share a sweet holiday with family or friends.
The housing consists of a main house (with two bedrooms or 4 beds, kitchen, bathroom, living rooms) and an outbuilding. The latter is composed of a private bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with a double bed (access by a ladder - 4 beds in total)
The house, relatively isolated, allows to enjoy the peace and beauty of the landscape. The small town of BĂ©darieux is only 2 km from the house, you will find small local shops (bakery, supermarket, tobacco, market on Mondays and Saturdays ...). Less than 10 kilometers away, there is a large area and a fuel pump. Finally, you will be close to tourist places to discover: charming villages like PĂ©zenas or Olargues, Lake Salagou, the Regional Natural Park of Haut-Languedoc ... The house is about 45 minutes from the sea (Agde, SĂšte or MĂšze). You will also find charming tables and the vineyards of FaugĂšres and Saint-Chinian.
Train stations: BĂ©ziers is 30 minutes, Montpellier 1 hour drive.
Airports: BĂ©ziers, Montpellier, Carcassonne
