About this property

Lovely 4 bedrooms house with communal garden and swimming-pool located only 1km from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc.
This house is built over 2 floors sleeping 7-8 people.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with fireplace, tv and access to a large and pleasant terrace where you can enjoy nice poolside meals and a fully equipped kitchen with gas, oven, microwave , diswasher and washing machine.
On the first floor there is 1 bedroom en suite with 1 double bed and access to a lovely terrace with pool views. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and access to a small balcony, 1 bedroom with bunk beds + 1 pull out bed and 1 bathroom with bath.

Pets are not allowed.

Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Sería bueno actualizar el menaje

La casa está en buen estado, la ubicación perfecta, la piscina ideal ! Sin embargo el menaje de cocina está muy viejo y disparejo, las toallas muy pequeñas y mala calidad. Sería ideal tener ventiladores y mosquitero.
