This fully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers a spacious open-plan layout combining kitchen, dining and living areas. Upgrades include new wiring, modern bathrooms and high-quality LVT flooring, creating a comfortable and contemporary space.

Three bedrooms open onto a long front balcony, while the fourth is located at the rear with an internal window and a private en-suite shower room. Although there is no air conditioning, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

At the back, a large south-facing terrace seats up to 8 guests and includes a laundry/utility area. A second, smaller terrace off the living room provides a quiet space to relax.

Street parking is mostly free, with some blue zones nearby. Parking can be busier in August, but options are always available, including a paid underground car park just 250 m away.

The nearby church adds local charm with its bells, and the beach of Port Bo is within easy reach—ideal for families, swimming and snorkeling.

A cot and high chair are available on request. Bed linen and towels are provided, with beach towels available if needed.

Apartment definitely as described - very spacious.........there were 4 of us, lovely outdoor seating area on terrace, beds very comfortable, great location and central to shops and beach, owner responded quickly to queries and questions, overall we were very pleased with the facilities and would definitely book again, had a very peaceful and relaxed holiday.

Fantastic location and spacious appartement

In the centre of Calella de Palafrugell. The appartement was perfect for our family and in line with the online advertisement & pictures. What you see is what you get. The host (Trish) supported us with some tips for our teenagers and the complimentary beach towels are highly appreciated.

The spot itself was beautiful. Clean, well-stocked, decorated nice, and easy access to beach and town. Truly did love staying here. Note the church bell goes off every hour and given your proximity to the main area it still stays loud out late into the night so more just general awareness for preference. The biggest frustration came with the communication with the host. Besides her contradicting a variety of the information on the booking (changing dates, check-in times, etc) and not responding to VRBO messages as I ended up reaching her via WhatsApp), we weren’t able to check-in till 50 minutes after the check-in time. Which was difficult given we were on a time crunch to get to a wedding. And it seemed largely because she didn’t plan her time appropriately and didn’t want to give us the lockbox code to use the key she gave us. While apologetic, the entire process made no sense and was easily the worst check-in process we’ve had through any sort of home rental site.

A well situated and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is extremely well situated, nicely decorated and spacious. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace for meals; it easily accommodated the whole party of seven adults. The area is beautiful with good walks, restaurants, sights etc. Plenty to do for a week's stay. Parking was much easier than anticipated. One or two of us were somewhat affected by the bells, but this was not a great problem at all and very easily fixed by earplugs. A couple of minor thoughts: the Wi-fi could be a little unpredictable and it would have been nice to have a few more basics such as a few bin liners and some washing up liquid, for example, which would have negated the need to buy these items. Nevertheless, a successful stay. Thank you.

Superb Apartment & Location

We have just returned from this beautiful apartment, it is so well equipped, spacious and comfortable. I felt at home straight away, which normally takes me days to settle in. It got a lovely Spanish feel and is really well located, in a peaceful street just a hop skip and jump to the lovely beach & village Calella De Parafugel of which have a great choice of restaurants. It was great to be able to use beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The balcony was so peaceful and to return after a day and just relax with the end of day sun still lovely and warm. The surrounding areas have wonderful beaches, and the old town Parafugel is a lovely town to take a stroll excellent morning market, good selection of shops and great square to enjoy a coffee. Glenys was very helpful, we encountered a problem with car hire at airport on arrival and came to the rescue to take us back the following day. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and we would love to be able to return.

Noisy appartement

Locatie t.o.v. strand was fijn en communicatie en inchecken ging perfect. Keuken was nog plakkerig dus die heb ik eerst zelf moeten schoonmaken. Ook badkamers waren niet fris. Veel geluiden van de bovenburen en de kerkklok om de hoek die 24 uur per dag om het kwartier luidde. Parkeren moest ver weg maar dat kwam door enorme drukte in augustus.

Casa con encanto en el centro de Calella

El piso es muy agradable, amplio, luminoso, fresco y decorado con encanto, acorde con la atención prestada por Glenys, que prepara la llegada tan bien que todo sale rodado. Responde a las expectativas generadas al ver las fotos a la perfección. Ubicado en el centro de Calella, está a dos pasos de las playas, restaurantes y cualquier otro punto de interés.

Une semaine agréable

Nous avons passé comme l’an dernier un très bon séjour chez Glenys! L’appartement est très joli, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Quelques bémols cependant… La douche de la salle de bain principale est très difficilement réglable et nous nous sommes douchés à l’eau froide le plus souvent. Les voisins du dessus étaient extrêmement bruyants et n’ont cessé de courir et déplacer les meubles qu’à 2h du matin tous les jours, tout comme les fêtards qui n’ont arrêté de crier dans la rue, chose inhabituelle à Calella, que tôt le matin… Nous repartons avec soulagement à la maison, quel dommage ! Merci encore à Glenys pour son accueil chaleureux !

Très agreable séjour chez Glenys

Nous étions 7 (4 adultes et 3 enfants) et avons passé un séjour très très sympa chez Glénys. L'appartement est grand et très fonctionnel, le village est sublime, la plage est à 3 minutes, Glénys et sa fille sont des hôtes tres attentionnés. La seule remarque pour les personnes un peu sensibles au bruit: l'église juste à coté avec ses cloches qui sonnent tous les quart d'heure, de jour comme de nuit, peut rentre les nuits tendues. En revanche, si vous avez le sommeil lourd, alors cet appartement est absolument parfait! :)

Super Holiday

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Nachsaison

Wir (eine Familie mit drei Teenagerkindern) haben uns in Glenys Wohung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Absprache mit ihr war total unkompliziert und die Wohnung super sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wenn es uns nochmal an die Costa Brava verschlägt, würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Wohung sehr hellhörig ist. Danke für Deinen freundlichen Service, Glenys. Calella de Palafrugell und die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben das milde Wetter und den mäßigen Trubel in der Nachsaison am Strand, beim Baden und Schnorcheln und auch das Wandern sehr genossen.

Lichtdurchflutet und gemütlich!

Sehr schöne, lichtdurchflutete, zentral gelegene Wohnung. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität ( was man nicht von allen Ferienwohnung behaupten kann), wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten das Glück Glenys persönlich kennenzulernen, der Kontakt war sehr herzlich. Von der Wohnung hat man kurze Wege zum Strand und umliegenden Restaurants. Calella de Palafrugell ist ideal gelegen, um von hier Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen, mit dem Mietkauto oder auch zu Fuß auf dem Camis de Ronda. Wir hatten hier in der Nachsaison einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Buena ubicación y buena ventilación

Es un apartamento amplio, muy confortable, cerca de la playa y también de pequeños comercios de todo tipo. Hay que ir con cuidado con el coche según por donde pases para acceder al apartamento, ya que según a que horas accedas y por donde accedas hay una cámara que pone multas. Se puede pedir autorización a la policía de Palafrugell.

Ideally situated, spacious and tastefully decorated apartment

Spacious, and tastefully decorated this beautifully bright and airy apartment is ideally situated for all that the chic little town of Calella de Palafrugell has to offer. A choice of 6 or 7 ‘sandy’ coves, 25-30 restaurants, and a range of shops from trendy little boutiques to local artisan craft outlets are all within a five minute walk of the apartment. If you prefer to cater for yourself the kitchen has every utensil you might need and crockery and glassware galore. With a washing machine, dish washer and microwave it really is home from home! A large covered balcony with table and chairs gives you the option of eating outside. With 2 adults and 4 teenager/20 somethings in our group we were amazed at just how spacious the whole apartment felt for a party of our size! I would highly recommend this apartment (even if that church bell tolls throughout the night - lol)

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung in Strandnähe - gut für Familien

Wir haben mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern (vier und anderthalb) im Mai 2019 eine Woche in Glenys Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, nochmal zu kommen. Die Kommunikation mit Glenys war sehr gut, sie war immer schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße mitten im Ort, zumindest in der Nebensaison war es dort (außer am Wochenende) ruhig und kein Problem, einen Parkplatz zu finden. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft der Wohnung sind zwei kleine Supermärkte. Der auch für Kinder gut geeignete Hauptstrand Port Bo ist einen sehr kurzen Fußweg entfernt, wir haben den Buggy nicht benutzt. Für Geräuschempfindliche eventuell wichtig: Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Kirche, die viertelstündlich schlägt, auch nachts. In drei der vier Schlafzimmern der Wohnung ist das Läuten unüberhörbar. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht den Fotos - hell, freundlich eingerichtet, in gutem Zustand, die Wohnküche schön und geräumig. Auf den hinteren Balkonen hat man lange Abendsonne und blickt auf einen ganz netten Innenhof, in dem im Mai außer einem Restaurant nichts los war. Alle grundlegenden Küchengeräte sind vorhanden. Für Familien ist die Wohnung auch deshalb super, weil Glenys diverse Dinge stellen kann: Hochstuhl, Buggy, Strandspielzeug, Kinderbadewanne, Kinderbett, Föhn.
